Sofie is awesome!!! Very committed to helping each and every person training and ensuring they're always using the correct technique. The workouts are challenging but the vibe around the room is supportive and encouraging. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Body Fit Box to anyone!

Started training to get fit, toned and lose just a little weight via the 6 week challenge at The Bodyfit Box. Sophie as a trainer is amazing, knows how hard to push you but understands the limits of each individual!! The meals were real, easy to follow & after only 6 weeks I achieved my goals! Thanks for all the support from all the members and of course Sofie and the BodyFit Box!! Highly recommend!

What Sofie has created is more than a gym it’s a community. A community of beautiful people that turn up. Rain hail or shine they turn up & train, & they laugh & encourage one another... before u are aware u are addicted & wanting to train daily.
Leaving due to old injuries I have found myself struggling to find a new place with a new community of like minded individuals.. & the struggle is real 😐

If anyone is looking for a safe haven of weights & community then Sofie & the BodyFitBox is where they need to be.

The BodyFit Box is a great gym to train at as the trainer is driven and committed to get the best out of all members, whilst the members are encouraging and supportive of each other. A very positive environment to train at!
