Skippers Cove Waterfront Resort

We absolutely loved Skippers Cove. The location was brilliant, right on the river front with heaps of sand so you can park up there for the day.

We had a pool room, and with 2 kids it was fantastic. The pools and spa were fantastic, well maintained. The tennis court got a huge workout and there was sand toys to borrow too.

The hosts we really helpful, and very friendly.

We will make sure to return here again as we could not fault our trip.

Beautiful spot in Noosa near some fantastic restaurants and boat cruises. Noosa runs free buses in the holiday season and there is one a 3 min walk away near Dolphin Tc (takes 5 mins to Gympie restaurants, ~15 min walk or you could kayak if allowed!). Owners treat guests like royalty. Highly recommended.

We have had the pleasure of staying here a few times. It never disappoints.
The 3 bedroom town house just felt like home. It was very roomy, well equipped all with a beautiful view on both levels.
The activities there means you don't have to venture out if you don't want to. The location is so close to shops if you need anything.
Leeann the caretaker is always very helpful.
I would recommend this place anytime.

We just had the best weekend here at Skippers Cove. The owners are incredibly nice and felt like family. We stayed in a pool view room and the kids thought it was the best thing ever. The unit was lovely and clean. The kayaks were a great hit too!

We've stayed for over five weeks with James and Leanne back in 2019 and had a very pleasant stay in many ways. Incredible nature, direct access to the water, quiet, clean and very friendly owners.

Super friendly and nice owners. We stayed three nights, and one of the rooms had an air con issue (fixed promptly) and we got the first night free! Also gave us a discount to Australia Zoo. They also let you use the kayaks on the river, super convenient location, couldn’t recommend them more.

Wonderful service from Leanne & James who were fantastic hosts. They were excellent! The location is ideal for families, with many on-site activities available - Kayaking, pool & spa, tennis court. Rooms and amenities were great, whether you're staying at one of the pool-side or riverside villas.

Great accommodation in Noosa ! We booked direct with them (Google Skipper's Cove Noosa) - James and Leanne were very nice over the phone and in person, very accommodating & friendly!

We booked riverfront 3 bed apt. right on the river, fantastic views. apt was refurbished and excellent. Great furnishing, super comfortable beds. canoes for free use out front, heated pool, jacuzzi and tennis court. Would def stay here again, a real gem !

One of those places that you go to, then come back every year after :) We had such a wonderful stay, James and Leanne are the loveliest managers of the resort. The facilities were great, just brill for families, such a kid friendly pool, our three year old had a ball, use of the kayaks and the accommodation were brilliant too. We’ll be back!

This place is great. We had a beautiful unit overlooking the pool, with easy access to the river beach. It was located between Hastings Street and Noosaville, within walking distance of each. Loved it. I will definitely be back.

It was hard to find somewhere to stay that ticked all the boxes for a quick "family" getaway especially when one of our sons has special needs. We stayed in a pool view apartment and it was better than we expected. Management are absolutely lovely. Apartments are homly with really nice bedding. The BBQ area is by far the best communal BBQ area I've ever seen. Clean and tidy, utensils and cleaning equipment supplied. The pool is sparkling clean and the heated pools are literally heated so fantastic for the kids wanting to swim in the middle of winter. We will definitely come back here again. Thanks for a wonderful 3 day getaway!

My husband and I along with our 49yr old son stayed at Skippers Cove in late Jan, 2020.
WHAT A GREAT FIND! Position and price were ideal.
We booked a pool view 2 bedroom town house, The town houses are built in a circle around an oasis of 2 swimming pools and a spa. One shallow pool for little ones and the other for adults/ older kids. The unit has 2 air conditioned bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and Hooray, a second toilet/shower/laundry down stair so no waiting for the toilet if someone is in the bathroom.
The full kitchen, (with basic tea & coffee tray supplied, )dining area and lounge downstairs, led out to a security fenced courtyard with great outdoor dining facilities where you can enjoy dinner or a drink overlooking the pools which are approximately 5 steps from your front gate. Beside the pool is a large BBQ and outdoor kitchen, for use by residents, so pack a few sausages for a quick snack after a swim.
A 1 minute stroll from the pools is the beach which is sandy and on the river, so calm water for swimming, free use of Kayaks, or even try to catch a fish.
Undercover easy parking, and about 5 minutes drive from overpriced overcrowded Hastings Street - but if you can find a park there, is a great people watching spot for a coffee.
We enjoyed driving a few minutes the other way from our unit to the fabulous river parks and restaurants.

We couldn't be more grateful to Skippers Cove for our wonderful stay but also for how accomodating they have been after we were caught in flood waters and could not journey home to Victoria. They provided not just a roof over our heads but also much needed support. What a wonderful place to stay but more importantly amazing managers in Leanne and James. Thank you.

Stayed here over the long weekend with my wife and had an excellent time. We stayed in one of the poolside villas and it was stocked up with everything we needed and had a full kitchen set up so we could also cook if required. The staff were excellent in particular Tamara, who assisted in sending me something I had accidentally left behind. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Noosa and would recommend to all family and friends!

Not only was our stay amazing but the property owners/managers where amazing people. They gave us ideas of what we could do and actually interact with you, they made the trip that much better that it felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back it was our best trip so far.
I highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay somewhere peaceful and beautiful.

We love this place. It’s perfect for the two us and two kids. Plenty of room and had everything that you would want in the apartment to feel at home. The host are really easy and willingness to help in our needs are a bonus. Our kids loved the pool & fact that we can use the kayaks anytime is awesome. Location is also fantastic. Just a few steps to our own beach and Jerry. We fully recommend Skippers Cove to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at skippers. Access to a heated pool and spa in winter was very nice. On the river so we used their kayaks free of charge which was a first time for my son. Fishing was ok too. Great fun and very enjoyable.

We found the unit clean - (I did need to wipe the dust off the top of fridge, cleaner probably missed it as she couldn't see it) but otherwise fine. The kitchen was thoughtfully kitted out with good equipment and nice touches like cooking oil, balsamic vinegar and rocksalt etc.

The communial BBQ area by the pool is top notch, set up like a commercial kitchen.

Staff were great and clearly care that their clients have an enjoyable stay.

Having free mini tennis and kayaks was also great.

We found the location suited us as it's close to Noosaville and Noosa Heads plus the beach was great too as it was a quiet place away from the kids in the pool.

We would recommend.
