The staff are fantastic, you can do so much here, Have your mail sent here for pick up, due to Mossman being Sugar Cane Country, many people who live here don't have a mailbox, You can deposit and withdrawel money, they are one of many Post Offices that sell many items that you see on Tv infomercial programms..

So very helpful,an understanding,unlike the surry downs p.o.in s.a.who won't even answer your hundreds of phone calls!!!!

I tried to o call PO Mossman to confirm Passport appointment time . Went through 6 minutes of diversions and someone who did not have a good command of English . I was given a time but not a number so Zi hung up . I 30 second call diverted overseas to a non English speaking person who I had to spell my name 3 times .Frustrating and waste of time to get nothing .

Got ripped off staff can't count coins
Very disappointing never enjoy going inside
