Such beautiful helpful ladies at this store always happy to help and assist with anything, my daughter has had a ring replaced there twice when a Stone kept falling out and there's never been any problems. The staff follow their store policies and I have heard them properly explain to customers what to expect

Always receive great customer service when I enter this store. Lots of beautiful jewellery to choose from. Daughter broke her charm and it was replaced quickly and hassle free

My bracelet clasp had broken and lost 3 charms. Pandora replaced the bracelets and the lost charms! They also told me to come in for cleanings so they could see if anything was broken or scratched. Excellent service! Very thankful!

Sam and the girls are totaly amazing.... I had an issue with my bracelet and a bead... replaced on the spot and made me feel amazing... never ever buying else where.... can't wait for my next visit.... keep up the good work ladies... I am still speachless at the out standing service and attention I was given... thankyou all

The girls at Pandora Rockhampton are the most helpful polite and knowledgeable ladies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I love my pandora jewellery and the extended service would have to be one of the best. Cleaning / replacement is not a drama. I wish more retail outlets shared Pandora’s values . Keep up the great work
