Terrible experience. I bought a ring that was $120 for my boyfriend and less then a month later (unworn) it was tarnished in the box, unable to be cleaned. This wasn’t the part that annoyed me however, it was the fact that I went to get a refund and they wouldn’t put the money back on my card, they only provided a gift card. I did not want a gift card considering the quality of the jewellery is clearly horrible. Why would I want to spend that money in the shop again? Very upset and frankly angry at the stores policy.

Definitely do not recommend shopping at this store. After discovering that we had been over charged for a bracelet today we returned to the store to get this rectified. The bracelet was advertised at $49.95 in the display stand but was charged $89.90. On return the young sales assistant told us that she'd have to call the manager. We were advised that the price was right and would give us a $20 discount. To make matters worse the young shop assistant had removed the sticker and stuck it behind her hand leaving the manager to declare it was an operator error. Well if you advetise a product for a price displayed that is what you are expected to sell it for. Such disgusting service from this shop. The other jewelers in this complex could certainly teach you customer service skills. We will not be recommeding your store to anyone. And a few people out side your store were also aware of you're sales techniques and guess what. They went else where. Great way to run a buisness and from all other reviews it looks like standard practice for your company
