My family have been seeing Andrea for over 15 years. She and her team are professional and extremely friendly. She is kind, thorough and calm. Her work is extremely skilled and of a very high standard. Andrea and Ray have created a wonderful practice.

Andrea is friendly, calm, comforting, and always happy to answer any and all questions.

Ray is fantastic at the front desk, easy to talk with, supports with all enquiries and recommendations, follows up with texts to check in with you. He is greatly flexible when it comes to changing/moving/making appointments.

The dental nurses are kind, and make the overall experience so positive.

I am very happy for this dentist to be so busy that she can't take on new patients until next year or even 2019, but to be told by the guy who answers the phone, after making an inquiry and I quote" Is there anything else, because i have a few other things to do" is a bit rich.
I have never been so the rating is purely based on the phone manners of the guy who answers the phone.
