We have recently sold our house with Sean, about 6 years after he originally sold us the block of land on which we built.

We were impressed with Sean when originally buying the land. He was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. As a result, we always said that when we were ready to sell the house, we were happy to let Sean have first opportunity as selling agent.

I mention this as it is very unusual for a legal firm to compliment any agent let alone compliment Sean as highly as they did and of which they did with no other agenda other than absolute admiration for Sean's professionalism , so to me this is all but the highest praise an agent could get which Sean well deserves.

Knowledge, experience and no empty promises
I was already acquainted with Sean through buying my house from him and knew him to be a direct communicator with an accurate idea of the value of property so when I came to sell a block of land was very happy to sell through him. His broad experience and knowledge of different types of property transactions including the complexities of dealing with developers really helped to get the property sold for a very good price in a challenging period with a reduced buyer pool due to lockdowns and border closures. Unassuming Professional
Sean didn’t immediately strike me as a salesman but how wrong was I.

Sean may not fit the mould of what you would expect but I can see that is a positive especially given all the issues I had to contend with (buying for my disabled mother, COVID-19 disruptions as she is in NSW, banks with-holding money etc)

I have been involved in more than 15 purchases myself and dealt with many agents in my life and I can clearly and concisely state Sean is in a league of his own. He is both competent, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
