He was very kind nd polite, thou it took much longer than expected to receive me device back, once I got my phone back the first time it ended up shutting off unexpectedly so I took it back, let him know what happened and he kindly took the phone back to fix the mistake with no extra cost but after receiving my phone once again I was attempting to talk to someone over the phone but they said they couldn't hear, I then pulled up the voice recorder to find out my mic has an issue?.. I havnt been back since but because of personal reasons. though I hope to get this sorted, once again.
