Thoroughly enjoyed my first Moto camping adventure at a very spectacular spot. Very quiet secluded lots of wildlife and right by the water. It takes a bit of effort to get there but it's worth everything. Didn't see anyone until the next morning will have to come back here again soon.

Great tranquil location. Definitely visit again but will take kayaks next time. Lookout has spectacular views. No Mobile service which can be a bonus. Take plenty of fire wood, water & supplies. Good spot to sit back & enjoy the serenity. Definitely worth a visit.

Awesome campground, easily accessible by any vehicle, and completely isolated. Very tidy toilet facilities, and very little else at the site

Magic spot! Small mullet in the river and a nice relaxing spot. It's remote so you will need to bring everything.

Great and spacious campground to dose off the busy city life. Came here with a 2wd and a 4wd, found it easy with both cars apart from one small crossing that appeared deep. Road overall great quality as it's all rock and no slippery mud. Nearby is a mountain biking track and a 4wd track.

One of the best secluded camping ground in Australia. Don't attempt to come if you don't have a good 4 wheel drive as the round access is horrible, full of dead trees, debris. No fresh water so bring your own. But once you are there, it is beautiful. One old toilet. Full of tall green gum tree by a beautiful tidal river. Very dry and hot days. You can SUP all the way to the sea if you have the energy but it was nice just rowing the SUP up and down the river. Some area the water is very clear and you can actually see the bottom of the river. I saw a sting ray in the river actually ?! I am sure they are marine animal. Lots of beautiful wild flowers around. The lizard or goanna around may want to steal your food but they are very cute. They fight each other and have bleeding scratch marks on their necks, tough life. The bush fire was burning some distance away. God bless Australia.

Lovely campground next to the river. Fires allowed. Only 20 minutes from Whoota Whoota lookout where you can watch a beautiful sunset. There is also a challenging little 4WD track only 5 minutes away to flex your rig.

We were only ones here... it was so peaceful .
No reception so be prepared. We did get a flat battery which luckily we had a battery box to jump start... it is far from main road and simce we were only ones at night was very dark and bit scary since its very isolating... so in case of Emergency make sure you have some backup plans... worth the Visit, come in groups , and have a descent 4wd

Beautiful camping ground,,I'll be coming back😊..we had a family of possums,a few big goanna's come near also right next to the river where you can fish or kayak,it was a amazing few days..definitely need a 4WD if it's a wet weekend...

Excellent campground by the creek, and having the place to ourselves makes it feel a pretty remote experience.
