Great place to stay. Flat gassy field. Friendly staff. Very clean toilets and shower. Even has a great little hike up the hill to a beautiful lookout. Will be back if I travel through the town again.

Have been here for early dinner a few times while visiting my dad. The staff are lovely and polite, the food is awesome. I always get the burger 🍔 and chips, dad orders the fish, salad and chips, or vegetables. Looks great when you get it, tastes even better. Prices are reasonable. Dining area is clean and comfortable. Can't fault. 😍

Great cheap caravan parking available here. $22 night includes power and water hook up. One shower with a toilet inside for use externally. Bowls club toilet and facilities available from 8am daily as well. Safe haven either in the fenced area directly out the back or two powered options next to tennis club and showgrounds. dump point 300 metres to the north in the Showgrounds. Friendly customer service delicious meals and cold beer.

Right next to the club. The grounds are clean well maintained. Toilet and shower was clean and easily accessible. Would stay there again definitely.

Absolutely recommended. A very nice relaxed spot with clean amenities, friendly people and very quiet. And all at a very reasonable price. Many thanks for the very pleasant overnight stop.

Sunday roast is the bomb! Totally recommend a stop in even stay the night in the showground near premises. Thank you Bulahdelah bowling club 💙

Pleasantly surprised! Food was delicious!! Kids were happy with their orders also! There is a small kids room - it’s not much but it lets your kids run around a little, and is gated if you are worried about little ones wandering around. Would recommend to any other people road tripping looking for a good feed and somewhere the kids can stretch their legs.

Great service, good prices and decent food. After our road trip, we stopped by here as it is very close to the highway. We got here a little early 5 pm and they told us usually they don't start dinner until 6 pm. Nonetheless, they opened up their kitchen and dinner area early for my group of friends and I. The food came out pretty quickly and was unexpectedly good. Steak with chips was $20 and the portions are big. Definitely good value for money and awesome service. I recommend if you are near the area

We camped out the back of the club which is really nice. Called into the club in the afternoon and went in for dinner. OMG, the lamb shank was amazing and my hubby had the mixed grill which was equally delicious.
Highly recommend if you are traveling through to stay the night, if not a couple. Sensational!

Such an underrated meat hub of the area.
If you like a good steak, you couldn't get any better in a five-star restaurant. Keep your eye on the specials.... 🤤

Great food (especially the ''Popped jalapenos'' !), great staff, quiet place this days and prices are fair (around 14aud for each plate)

Wanted to check in at last minute for camping but was full up, staff recommended somewhere else to stay which was very helpful. Grabbed a drink while waiting for dinner service to open. Had the garlic prawn Fettuccine. BEST PASTA MEAL EVER, saucy, flavourful, pasta perfect and lots of prawn. Best to call ahead and see if you need to book if eating here. They were very busy for dine in but so can arrange takeaway. Excellent covid-19 tracing and safety procedures.

Tonight we are staying at the Bulahdelah Bowling Club, we are able to park our Hilux with the Northstar Slideon camper in their caravan sites without power for $10 for 72 hours. There are clean hot showers and amenities and we were given a temporary membership card to use at the club to gain entry and get drinks at members prices, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had Pork roast and vegetables while my wife had grilled baramundi and salad and they were both very enjoyable.

I will be back, loved the whole experience; from the beautifully prepared lunch to the quiet camping facilities. Thanks guys, so polite, friendly and willing to take the time to add a smile to every service! Highly recommend!

We enjoy the hospitality of the Club whenever we travel North-South. Camp in the clean well maintained paddock and relax with a drink at happy hour, followed by a delicious meal in the Restaurant.

We were served THE most delicious FRESH Kingfish, with fresh salad and chips. Ticked all my boxes. Obviously cooked by a talented chef team. Thank you so much for a delicious meal. So refreshing to enjoy a perfectly cooked and well balanced, fresh meal after weeks on the road. Highly recommended.

Camped here overnight with the family with our caravan. Great cheap meals. Friendly staff. 5 min off the freeway. Nice quiet town great rest stop for traveller's.
