Hamilton Hill Shopping Plaza

Located on Rockingham road in Hamilton hill it is open 7 days a week from 7:30am to late. Plenty of parking and includes an iga, chemist,lotto,bottle shop,coffee place and other variety stores. No toilets and has public transport access out the front.

Brilliant spot. Has all the important things a shopping plaza needs. A friendly Chemist, a family owned grocery shop who cares for the community. A fish and chippy and they the owner is a legend. There is upstairs fitness - not wheelchair accessible. There’s a doctors office which I’ve used and they have been great when I’ve used them. If your having a c u next Tuesday kind of day or week etc, don’t worry there’s a liquor store there to chill your woes away. I’ve also met the owner and he was brilliant and quite passionate. The shop has changed hands a few times likely due to the theft issue we have in the area. Apparently there is a lack of jobs for these bums who wreak havoc on the local business. I mean I have a job but for them, no work! Shock* There is also a few businesses I haven’t tried yet, but the locals say they are good and have recommended them to me.

Only gripes is the lack of wheelchair accessibility to get upstairs and also the lack of ACROD parks. There is from what I know, there is only 1 ACROD bay for the centre. Given it’s an aging population and has a high number of disabled in the local community, I would expect a few more bays to be available.

The centre itself is aged. It’s definitely showing its age. Needs some TLC and an uplift. For a local it’s nice and fine for me. But to improve and bring more to the centre, more could be done really. It does need updating to bring more clientele to the upstairs businesses. Instead of walking down the road to do a session with the PT, my daughter has to go to a large commercial gym ages away. Given a lot of the clientele is aged and disabled in the area, I figured it would have done more to adapt and provide variety to its clientele. That is very disappointing. If you’re mobility impaired you have to go elsewhere. There is well and truly more disabled and aged people today in the local community, but 1 ACROD bay I know of.

Definitely is a great spot and the shop owners and its workers definitely make it a place to come to. Nice spot for all you need which we are lucky for. A huge supporter of business and local business. I’m all for that.

Would recommend visiting. You will likely find what you need with good service which I don’t get when visiting other services and chains.

I do miss Crème Brûlée in the car park at the nights.

Really good shopping centre has a terrific IGA store which has everything from the usual fruits and vegetables to normal groceries and lovey meat shop and take away meals ready to hit the table or just a snack to have for lunch etc. all great value I can assure you yummy
Beautiful chemist shop, terrific Hairdresser the best, laundry service, beaut gym and training fitness centre
It’s got it all and quality wise and friendly staff worth a go I did and now a regular customer

Love this place. All the essentials in one place. Special shout out to Scarvaci IGA for the best damn organic meat products in the area... Imagine Dandaragan organic produce from our delightful southwest at amazing prices 😋

If you want Onions then come to SCAVARCI ONIONS they have the best onions!!!!

They have Brown onions, White onions, Purple onions and even onions that taste like chicken....

If your ever South of the river stop in and get an Onion Sandwich or perhaps and Onion pie.

Don't forget " COME AND GET YOUR ONIONS AT SCAVARCIIIIIIII"

I like this small friendly shopping area. A well stocked IGA supermarket, pharmacy, newsagency, superior fish shop & Cellarbrations (impressive selection of prosecco!) liquor shop are the stores I frequent... In addition though there's a Muzz Buzz Drive-through Coffee Kiosk, hairdresser, barber, real estate office & GP Medical Rooms.

Big grocery stores and a mix of smaller shops makes it a one stop shopping trip. There are several undercover parking areas so your car is cool and dry depending on the weather

Love this place. Easy parking and pretty much everything you need without the stress of those giant shopping centres. My local.

One of my favourite shopping centers, six minutes walk from my house, good variety, excellent friendly staff and good hours.

Love this place. The Italian family that has owned it for more than 20 years are awesome and so helpful.

I find IGA. to be Ave, on Service & Politeness I travel from Rockingham to be here to stop, just the rype of Store I like.

Scarvacis is great! Always has what I'm looking for and staff are awesome!
