Thank you for the great service and patience in taking our order.
The food was ready really quickly within what seemed like 5mins of sitting down.
We ordered the All day breakfast, Eggs benie with bacon, mocha, mango/banana smoothie and iced coffee. I couldn't eat all my Eggs benie it wasn't cos I didn't like it but it was too much for me.
I can't remember our Waiters name but he was very accommodating when we asked if he'd take our photo.
When next I'm in Armadale I will come back. The alfresco dining was great, being shaded by the trees with a nice breeze keeping us cool.

I stopped in for a quick coffee on a morning walk & spotted the cyclists who said great coffee.
- best smooth latte ever with a nice acidic finish. I even went back for seconds.
- staff are super friendly and ambience is cool.

A lovely little cafe with great selections of breakfast menu items. Foods all cooked well and the spinach and feta was delicious. Staff are lovely and friendly here. Coffee did take very long to come out, we had almost finished our meals and I had to ask when the drinks will be ready. There’s indoor and outdoor seatings which is pet friendly if you are out with your cuties. There’s a park right next to it, go for a walk with family or pets after meals and just enjoy the greenery.

Really enjoyed the scenery while munching on Eggs Beni.Their coffee is great too, specifically liked the Flat White one and Caramel Milkshake. Also tried Rise and Shine juice which I definitely recommend if you’d like something refreshing. The staff were really friendly and chill which gives an overall great atmosphere.

Popped in for breakfast this morning, nice little café with quick friendly service.

We dined here for lunch. I ordered the barramundi, and my boyfriend ordered the beef burger. Both meals were delicious but I especially enjoyed my barramundi. I didn't expect such a lovely texture and taste. Even our chips were light and crunchy. The service was really friendly and welcoming. We sat outside in the sun, it was a nice day. We had a table next to us bring their dogs along and the staff quickly came over with a dog bowl of water for them. It was a great atmosphere. If I'm ever back in this area, I'll dine here again.

Came here with the fiancee for a lunch date when kids were at school, have some down time. Decided to grab chicken parmy's each as the wife has been here before for a lunch date with the mother in law :). really good serving of parmy and chips, decided not to have salad this day. really tasty and the staff made went out of their way to put some BBQ sauce in a dipping cup for me as requested :) Great prices, perfect little Cafe next to the Memorial Park. cant find something to fault them on :)

Not too crowded, great menu selections, the Hubgover was my fave, perfectly poached egg, crispy hashbrown, really yum! The coffee is great too.

We had an amazing experience with Armadale park cafe. As we walked in, one of their friendly staff came and helped us and we were soon seated with fresh water to await our food. We decided to sit out by the park as it was refreshing ambience and a very nice morning.
We didn't have to wait too long for our heart starter coffees which tasted delicious and then shortly after followed our food.
Without doubt, one of the nicest cooked breakfasts we ever had. Eggs Benedict with ham was just the Bees knees and my Breakfast, Pancakes were cooked to perfection.
All in all, a very delightful brekky! We'll be definitely going back to them.

The Cafe is on the perimeter of a large shopping centre, and overlooks a very green well kept park. The shopping centre is totally different to centres such as the functional but souless centres as the Innaloo and Whitfords malls. The Cafe food was great, as were the coffee and service.

Best breakfast ever bought added with a brilliant mango smoothie and delicious coffee.
My remaining Sunday breakfasts are booked in here for my lifetime

Lovely service and yummy food that doesn't break the bank - the staff and owner here want you to enjoy your visit and I never fail to do so. Great place to grab a simple bite to eat, I reccomend this to anyone.

We just cannot get enough of this place! The breakfasts are amazing and affordable. I can also as at the coffee is exceptional and the service is fast.

Great little Cafe, very popular. Good coffee and food. Come here often. The coffee cake deal I had today was great and the hummingbird cake was amazing! Only $8.50. My grandmother was happy with her coffee and cake also. Have had food previously and always been great, never disappointed.

I was surprised by the size of my meal for the price
and it was fantastic 🤩 I had the chicken parmigiana, the chips and salad were generous and all tasted yummy 😋
