I have been visiting this clinic for a number of years now and have always found Lucy and her staff friendly, warm and prudent. Lucy is very professional and works to ensure the very best results. She displays empathy and caring, and always has the client's best wishes at heart.

As a visitor from Queensland I needed some skin tags removed at very short notice, the reception staff were very helpful and managed to squeeze me in.
The practitioner “Lucy” was delightful, even though she was aware I was a visitor and would not need any repeat appointments, this alone was a breath of fresh air.
Lucy takes a very “holistic approach” and immediately put me at ease, the procedure was painless and I also received some great advice, the cost was slightly less than I usually pay in Queensland, however, the service was far superior.
I would have no issue in recommending this business, next time Im in SA, I will certainly be having another appointment.

Ive had three photo rejuvenation sessions with Lucy. I was dubious after the first laser session as I couldn't really see a difference in redness and age spots. After the second and third I saw a big difference in tone, colour and plumpness of my skin. Lucy is very quiet, calm and efficient. I had to miss my fourth session due to interstate commitments but will definitely be back for ongoing sessions.

Beautiful rooms, great location, great service

I booked in for 2 facials the week of my wedding.

I wasn’t invited to go in until 15 minutes later than my appointment time, there wasn’t another client in before me.

The treatment room was untidy and I was told that I’ve left my treatment very late, which I hadn’t, I was getting LED treatment the week of my wedding because my beautician back home (interstate) suggested it.

The chair I sat in was like a dentist chair so the beautician wasn’t able to wash my face properly otherwise she would have got water all over me. She washed my face with cold water and then wiped it off with paper towel which was not very soothing. During the 20 minute treatment while the mask was working the beautician stayed in the room and typed on her phone, with the typing sounds on, it wasn’t very relaxing.

After I left the room the beautician was very rude to some other customers who were drinking slushes in the waiting room.

I was very disappointed with the service and I will not return for my second appointment.

Definately over priced and the lady is rude as hell
