Had my car in for a major service for the first time with Auto Masters Victor Harbor and could not happier.

Very professional, amazing people to deal with.

Recently went in for a clutch and flywheel upgrade for towing purposes on a 4x4 2010 Pathfinder. This is a huge job for anyone who understands what the process is. Despite how large and time-consuming the job was, service was excellent, very professionally done, and the video updates are a nice feature!

I would recommend anyone whether a small service, or a large part replacement (such as a clutch and flywheel upgrade on a large 4x4) to give them a call. 100% guaranteed they will look after you and your needs!

Had two front shock absorbers replaced. Two mechanics worked on my vehicle and it was ready to go right on time. Very pleased that I did not have to wait. The job went smoothly and the vehicle performed well back on the road. The service manager was able to explain the job clearly to me. Cost of the job was reasonable. Thanks guys.

I have used AutoMasters at Victor Harbor for a number of years now and have always found them to be very pleasant and very professional.
For the last 5 years I have had my VW Golf TDi serviced there and have always been happy with the standard of workmanship.
The video while servicing feature is excellent and gives you a strong visual of any issues that the mechanics have found.
They do not try to rip you off, but do point out what needs to be done immediately, and what things to monitor for the future.
All in all, I am very happy with AutoMasters at Victor Harbor and will continue to use this business.

Had an air conditioner fail just prior to Christmas. Did a call around and Automasters said they would have a look at it the next day. Left the car there and was really pleased to get a call that it had been repaired. Fast friendly service and well priced. Hence the high rating. Could not fault them.

This was hands down the best experience that I’ve ever had at a mechanic. They explained everything to me in details without making me feel silly and we extremely helpful in advising me what to do with my car. They even filled up my window washer fluid and left me with a cute pack of tissues. I will definitely be using them again 😊

I think very highly of Automasters Victor Harbor. Professional in every aspect of our experience. With very little automobile knowledge myself, these guys fill you in on everything and do the job to above standard. We are very happy we have such a fantastic local mechanic shop, because now we don't have to worry about having our car's serviced in Adelaide.

My husband and i moved to encounter bay recently. My husband was looking for a reliable mechanic to service his hilux and replace the brakes. The customer service was amazing and we couldn't have been happier with the work done to the vehicle plus we jumped in the car to see the centre console area was cleaned snd they left us with complementary tissues! Fantastic they are soooo helpful .

Ryan and the team at auto masters were brilliant! They were able to fit me in at last minute to resolve an overheating issue. Even though the part for the fix couldn't get in till the following Tuesday (long weekend) they were able to realise an alternate strategy of fixing it and now it's better than it was before.

1st visit for a service & to check out a vibration. Phone call to discuss findings was thorough and clear and options discussed without sales pressure. Vibration was uni. joint quickly diagnosed and fixed. Price was good. Customer service from manager Paul & Nick the mech. was excellent. would recommend.
