Went in to ask advice on some new trainers to replace my tatty old discontinued Reax, and Meg was fantastic. Explained all the new styles and helped me find some super comfy new trainers. Fantastic friendly and efficient service

Went into the Joondalup store today not to buy anything to exchange a product and was served by Chelsea who was super helpful and made the process so easy I’ll be returning here for sure. I guess you get that service from the best shoe company

I had such an amazing shopping experience. Ben was very attentive and his customer service skills were exceptional. He made me aware of all the benefits of getting a specific pair of runners based on my needs. Way to go Nike Lakeside!

After buying a 3pack of nike jocks, I asked if I could exchange colours which,Theo I think it is ,happily did for me. I then went back to change again because I got the sizing wrong but instead i asked for a refund.The staff were great. I thought about how well they handled my mistakes. I had an instant card refund too. I appreciate them.

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Ben at Nike Joondalup for his amazing service and expertise today!
I wandered into the store somewhat aimlessly today....I need to lose some weight and I'm struggling to motivate to get started and I thought that perhaps some appropriate clothes would help.
I was greeted immediately by Ben who was very friendly and welcoming.
Admittedly at first I did not think he would be able to help me as he is a male and I'm feeling self conscious, yet he made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns and was able to help me find the perfect style and fit to suit my body
I now feel very confident and ready to start my 2022 fitness journey dressed like a boss haha and with some extra motivation thanks to Ben!

I have recently had a foot reconstruction surgery and went up to Joondalup shopping Centre to get new runners to aid in my recovery. I stopped at JD sport, Rebel and FootLocker but none of those stores compare in any way what so ever than Nike Joondalup did specifically the service I received from Alan and Ben. At the other stores all I was asked if anyone bothered to serve me was "What Size?".......the end. With Alan and Ben I was immediately welcomed and asked what specifically was I needing in a shoe, what was my workout was I a runner etc... After Ben deciphered what I needed and gave me options Alan was so efficient and friendly in helping me. I am so glad I had them helping me as I may have undone all the recovery I have made since my surgery. I can happily report I went home did a workout and a small run and for the first time in 10mths NO PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yesssssss. Can't thank you Enough. What an Asset to Nike you both are!!!!

Amazing and friendly customer service from Ben who went out of his way to help me after I’d been having trouble with my running trainers. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products!

My grandson had purchased a pair of shoes and only had them on for a few days when he stood on a sharp object and the air went out of them under his front foot. When I took them back,for a return, they were so good as to ring around other stores to see if they had his size as they had sold out of those shoes he had wonted. My grandson 14years old was soooo happy that he was able to get another pair of shoes. We went to Karrinup store the next day where they had found the size shoe we wonted . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF.

Outstanding and friendly service, very fast and responsive. It s in the large shopping centre and just few metres to Joondalup train station. Definitely will be back😊
