Every dish was perfectly cooked with the freshest ingedients and stunning flavours. The four of us agreed this is The Best Thai food we've ever eaten. Generous sized meals full of the key ingedients as stated on the menu - all served with outstanding presentation.

The Very best fried rice I have ever had

I can't stress enough how good this place is!
I've been here three times and it hasn't disappointed.

I booked a table of 20 (two tables of 10) and the food and service was A+.

Not only was it quick to come out but the odd one or two people at the table were thinking "surely they'll mix this up" and they proved them wrong.

Food came out quickly. The staff were friendly and most importantly the food was delicious.

Every person that was at our function banged on about how good the food was.

Hopefully this says something.

Roland....I am guessing he runs it ....is a champ!

Get on-board people of Hervey Bay. The food at this restaurant is amazing. Absolutely delicious. And the service from start to finish was amazing. I have added the names of our meals to the photos...oh and the Bailey's and pistachio icecream is next level ice cream...

Some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had, and we’ve been to Thailand! We came with no booking and we’re accommodated with no issues. The service was fantastic, it’s great to see the kids getting involved in family run businesses, one young man in particular looked like he was running the show! Would highly recommend, amazing all round!

The food was delicious and service was good, too. It was very loud though, with people talking.

We had a large party of 14, two families with kids 8-16yrs old. It was amazing service with great people who talk and are personable! It was great to see young teens getting a job and they were great- smiling and always moving! The owner and barman was very knowledgeable and willing to help out!! Loved the food! It was amazing with the right amount for each serve - large! Thank you Tasty Thai for celebrating my in laws 48th anniversary! Amazing night out!!

One of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. Where can I start. From entrees to main to desert, food was exemplary. Customer service of the highest standard. Will be back next time in Hervey Bay.

What a wonderful place! Had visited this restaurant a year ago whilst travelling, and made sure this time around to be able to go again. One of the best pad Thai dishes I’ve had in Oz and my family, for whom Thai cuisine is fairly new, loved every bite of their dishes as well. The owners are very friendly and make you feel so welcome!

My wife, daughter and myself ate at the Tasty Thai last night. The decor is really tasteful, bright and well maintained. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which adds to the great atmosphere. The food is something else ! My wife and daughter’s dishes were fantastic. I had the lemon grass chicken; it was the most delicious chicken dish I have ever had ! Definitely a restaurant you can keep going back to.

First time diners in Tasty Thai tonight. We had:
- House made dumplings & fish cakes for entrees.
- Pad see ew w pork & ka pow Thai basil stir fry W roasted duck for mains
- Tom Yum Goong as Xtra side.
They were absolutely delicious!!! Duck was succulent, tom yum had so much fillings, pad see ew was full of flavour & made W fresh cold fridge rice noodles instead of dried packet ones (Asian/Thai foodies will know what I'm talking about & it makes huge difference).
Inexpensive, lively atmosphere, generous in portion, quick, friendly & accommodating service. Although they did make a little boo boo w my bill, we sorted it straight away & it did not bother me in the slightest. It was a full house & mistakes happen. Thank you for making our dinner date a good one Will be coming back ❤

best Thai cuisine we have ever tried! very genuine Thai.

Loved the food but most of all the older gentlemen had us in stitches lovely atmosphere and felt welcomed buy all the staff, will definitely come back

Took some visitors here for a second time. Food was great. Atmosphere good but the piped music was a bit loud. Being loud people had raised their voices to be heard. A little bit uncomfortable. Staff attentive and happy this makes for a memorable night. Thank you all.

5 star service! I work at another hospitality establishment and honestly believe the service at Tasty Thai can be admired and viewed as a great example of what customer service should look like.
