Had really efficient service and didn't have to wait too long. The young person who served me (didn't get her name) was fab. I had just moved over from NZ so didn't have a physical debit card yet but she set up Apple Pay on my phone and changed the settings so I could use Australian apps and Apple Pay right away.

Clint was such a warm, friendly person and gave me exceptional service. Also super knowledgeable. I walked out of the bank in a better mood than when I walked in which says everything

Dreadful experience at this branch.
Staff don't know what they're doing and instead of being honest about it, they just make up a reason for why the computer isn't letting them perform the task and confidently send you off on a wild goose chase.
I literally watched a game of Chinese whispers unfold as the junior attendant walked back abd forth between me and his manager with questions and answers. Manager gave him the wrong answers.
I recommend not wasting time here and going to the exhibition st branch in the cbd instead.

I was first in the line. Another customer came in and the girl welcomed and served him. I told her I am the first person she keeps ignoring. I have been with this branch for nearly 15 years and this is the first time i feel disappointed. Terrible service.

Some of their staff are too stupid to work in customer service.
Women working the front today 9 January had not idea of how the bank works and how to deal with customers.

Says they do cardless cash but the ATMs that do it are locked inside at night. Whats the point?
