My experience has always been great. Staff are always friendly and greet me with a smile. I'm usually just after an ice coffee, and the fridges are usually stocked. It's an old shop but it's kept clean and tidy. Hope they keep up the good work.

Excellent family owned supermarket with very friendly management and super lovely staff members.
The store is really clean and very well organised with fabulous refrigeration display cabinets and there is a great array of product choices ( fresh and shelved) at really competitive prices. (Actually cheaper than the big stores when the Specials are on ). Couldn't get much better than this for a small local business , which is why I will keep returning !

Very helpful staff easy to find what your looking for

Lots of varieties which is very helpful if you don't travel with car. The quality for fruits and food are very nice with reasonable price! We visit everyday to get their salad. Unfortunately we missed the chance to try the fried chicken but they look delicious!!!

This shop has great wheelchair access throughout the store. It's a friendly local shop with freshly made food and the best hot chips I've had. Their prices are really good for a local shop with a lot of products and produce to choose from.

Has reasonable amount of items, not big enough for a large family dinner, but great for those random items you forgot to buy haha. Biggest plus is that the staff are super kind, they took time to pack our bags which is always nice to see.

New management and staff have turned this from somewhere I felt uncomfortable and avoided to a pleasant shopping experience they have changed a lot and stocked the shelves and a re pleasant and helpful. I now recommend this shop and wish them best success in their new venture

Spacious, clean, lots of varieties of stuff for a small shop, great quality, reasonably priced, convenient location, helpful friendly staff and owners. Love to shop there to help small business and the local economy going.

Who would not love a family run store where you can purchase all you need along with great service and a friendly smile!
My only regret has been giving up smoking and as such my interactions and experiences have been reduced from daily to bread and milk days. Oh and chocolate, biscuits, ice cream, chips and general snack days. :-)
If you are in Hervey Bay, Torquay, look no further than Beachside Marketplace for your grocery (and snack) needs.

Always have a good range in stock of fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, dairy and a few meats. Sensible layout and friendly staff who know their products. Be prepared to pay extra for convenience, although you may get lucky and what you need will be on special.

Excellent range, produce and prices.

Often better quality and less expensive than the larger supermarkets. They always have a box if you don’t have a bag too! Fresh and inexpensive premise salads, sandwiches, fruit salads (and naughty food too in the deep fried and chicken zone!).

Expansive range of newspapers (AFR/ Weekend Australian/ Saturday Paper and local/ state newspapers). 3 metre long cards wall ... newsagent like, for all occasions.

Beach and fishing toys/ needs.

Always friendly service and great prices. Fresh and well priced fruit and vege. They also sell newspapers, lotto and a huge range of beautiful cards. Must stop when your in the bay 😀
