Stratco Gawler

I recently had a very positive experience when I visited Stratco Gawler and was welcomed by Peter and Store Manager Andrew. Peter went out of his way to assist me being friendly, honest and offering his sound knowledge. Andrew was a true professional and even allowed me to take an ottoman home to see what it looked like in my outdoor area. The professionalism of the staff made me feel respected and helped me make the decision of purchasing the outdoor setting which I am extremely happy with. Keep up the good work Gawler, I will certainly be visiting the store again soon knowing I will be well looked after.

Excellent service.

I recently went to stratco, gawler with my partner needing supplies for two gates. Andrew assisted us in choosing the type of gate we would need and made the process absolutely seamless. We provided the measurements and he was able to work out all the materials (including concrete and screws). The gates both came fully assembled.

I was sceptical that everything would fit as well as it did seeing as we only provided measurements and photos. Nevertheless, everything went smoothly.

Would highly recommend the team at stracto.

We wanted a decorative fence in our back yard so we went to stratco Gawler and the service and advice we received was A1. Peter and the guys down the back made it so easy to get the job done at an affordable price. Don’t just go to the so called cheapest prices store as researching so many products online i found a lot of products cheaper and half the cost at stratco. Also I would like to mention the number of staff members in a average size store is fantastic as you don’t have to spend more time than needed looking for a staff member for advice. Top store and recommend a visit.

There are many aspects of Stratco Gawler that impress me. The store is very clean, items are easy to find and helpful staff are ready and waiting. Andrew Johnson provides exceptional customer service. He is friendly, polite, respectful and accommodating. I felt like I was shopping with a friend, not a staff member! I have recommended Stratco Gawler to my friends. It is now my go-to place for hardware and gardening needs. It is also nice to see a retail outlet that provides a trade free day on the weekend for it's staff.

Stratco Gawler is a home improvement shop, heaps of tools and gadgets for DIY projects; and they have impressive plants collection for green thumb lovers.

Their plants collection is not as abundance as Vandoulis Garden or Bunnings, but it comes with a modest price tags; and have great customer service with member loyalty program service.

Had what I needed, plants were healthy too, great prices

Peter and the team there helped us through a very difficult time they did everything in their power to help us we were looking down the barrel and thought we had stuffed up but the the team at at Gawler pulled it all together and we can't wait to see our new garage

A lovely helpful staff member on the front desk. She was so helpful as Im a non gardener and starting out with a weed killet! She took me to where they were and explained each ones role! Then showed me the extensive range of plants..then I picked up a present for the grandies. What a great shop..will be back soon to pick up some "pretty" flowers!!

It is a small place but the staff are good and know their stuff. If its not there they will get it. Good service and all the typical stratco products.

I don't normally write reviews but we purchased a new Stratco shed from Gawler Stratco and I was so impressed with the service I received from Timothy who delivered our material to our building site.
His communication over phone was fantastic! I did have concern's with theft and they only have to drop it off out front, but he listened and placed it out the back hidden behind my house slab and sent sms with photos after delivery! The best service! I also was really happy with Jason and Sam when I purchased the shed in store. Thank you all. Robina

I cannot praise the staff at this store highly enough. Many places claim helpful, friendly service but the manager Ben has got a choice crew. Really good experience dealing with them!
