Great service...replaced car air conditioning compressor and got the air-conditioning all working as it had stopped. Good guys, quality work and fair pricing. Very efficient business.

Outstanding support, very friendly and willing to help. We had an issue with our caravan, no power to fridge, TV or lights. This was an issue as we had our young grandchildren with us. As you can imagine no TV or working fridge day one away for a week would be just ridiculous. We had support within the hour and problem fixed in a couple of minutes. Seems the rough roads around Cowra jolted some nuts loose and the power wires were not making a good connection. We would recommend West Cowra Auto Electrical if you have a 12volt issue.

Mark the owner was extremely rude and irrogant towards us from the moment we arrived to have a car calibration done for the first time for a interlock device. Not only did he make us feel stupid but judged us straight away for having this device In the first place. He then told us we were doing everything wrong but wouldn't explain he just kept saying "read your induction booklet " he then told us he was warning us not to come back to him for another service and also would not service our car either. We would never recommend this irrogant man to anyone for any type of service especially interlock devices as he only makes you feel belittled.

Rude and not helpful at all. Felt like they tried to scam us to get more work done. Will never return.
