Blair and the team at Body in Motion are amazing! Blair has treated issues with my lower back and hips, taking the time to figure out the source of the issues and treat them properly. I am now back at the gym and couldn't be happier! Thanks Team!

I went into Body in Motion with a minor sports related injury hoping to fastrack healing and improve mobility so it didnt happen again in the future. My physio was Tiana Lines who was a great communicator but completely ripped me off. I went in twice paying $70 each time for her to give me exercises that were very basic. She could have just provided all of them to me in that one session but she basically kept a carrot dangling on a stick. I found this out later from another physio. Very disappointed that milking the customer for all they are worth is the attitude of Body in Motion.
