I would like to say thank you to the team at My car Salamander Bay.
Easter Saturday I was on call for work, I work in the community in aged care.
The team went above and beyond to fix my tyre, they were extremely busy.
But better than that,

Excellent customer service. I am a regular customer at My Car Nelson Bay. The mechanics are fantastic. This morning I took my car in with a problem on one of my car tyres. They were able to fix the problem and were very friendly and professional during a very busy holiday period.

Unreal service, we popped a tyre on our short stay here in Nelson’s Bay, desperately needed to get the tyre fixed quickly for our trip home, came to Mycar, the lovely gentleman took the tyre from us and told us to come back in the morning before we leave. We came back to collect the Tyre and it was all fixed up ready for us to go! Such quick, efficient and perfect service, cannot recommend this place enough!

Noticed a screw in a tyre whilst in adjacent car wash. Left the problem with My car guys.Returned after an hour. Shown screw No puncture No charge. Honest friendly professional team. Highly recommend.

Was about to head back to Sydney when noticed a slow tyre leak caused by a screw.
All packed ready to go so frustrating.
Called in here and they slotted us straight in. All fixed in 30 minutes and, real surprise, NO CHARGE!
Obviously cannot speak more highly of the team. Great service.

The guys at my car are awesome - they checked my car’s computer for a fault code and as they don’t deal with the fault they identified. They didn’t charge for their time. I know some other mechanical shops that will charge up to $80 for this service.

Dropped in this afternoon to have a tyre valve core checked which was playing up after a drive on Stockton Beach. They came out to the car straight away and replaced the core for free in just a few minutes.

Was fueling up next door when I noticed my tyre was going flat! So pulled to the side swapped out my tyre and not only did they sort it out on the spot they offered to put it back on my Ute! I’ve heard about their quality work and I got to experience their quality service! I will be back, thanks fellas! You keep doing great work 🍺

My car tyre and auto assisted me today amazingly. I was driving home on my break from work when I noticed a screw in my tyre. I was very nervous and called my tyre and auto, straightaway they reassured me and invited me down to their workshop for it to be looked at immediately. Once I got there they got to work on it without a second wasted. The team was made up of very nice people and the manager who was the one who took my call in the beginning was the best. He helped me through the whole situation in a very reassuring way. I even ended up getting back to work in time which I had thought was very very unlikely given the situation. I would 100% recommend my tyre and auto to my friends, family and anyone needing their services.

Tom and his team really helped us out by fixing a puncture despite an already very busy day. Without him we may not have made it to our Christmas destination. Much appreciation to Tom and the team at Salamander Bay MyCar!
