Ground Coolangatta

Loved this cafe! Lots of seating, staff were friendly and bubbly and we were served our food quick. The smoothies were so good! All the meals were outstanding too. We ate breakfast. The lunch menu looks very good too so I am keen to eat lunch here soon.

We decided to have a late breakfast here, and we were not disappointed. Tasty and well presented food, a great Flat White, and tea leaves in a pot rather than the all too often teabag in a mug. Service was quick and friendly. A few of the local birds also seem to appreciate the food as they hop in as soon as a table is vacated, despite the best efforts of the staff. Remember to get the code for the toilet if you have to go!

The atmosphere I can is the best, plus there is a shelter especially when it’s showering in Goldy. Overlooking the Cooly beach. Lovely smoothie and coffee.

What’s not to like! Visited on a Sunday and still had some seating for lunch. It filled up pretty quickly but staff was on top of it. Comfy seating and clean surroundings. Food was absolutely stunning. Tasty, filling, fresh and the drinks weren’t bad either. So glad we picked ‘Ground’ to go to. Have been locals forever and never visited here…. So glad we did as we definitely will be back. Well done

I've dined at Ground 3 times in 4 days. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. There was a good selection of drinks and the smoothies were yum.
Seating is alfresco opposite the Coolangatta beach.
The staff are extremely friendly and professional.

Great spot for the family coming off the beach after a swim looking for a meal. Big coffees for the adults & lots of food for the kids. A lot of seating for everyone out of the sun. Pleasant place to sit in with friendly & prompt service. Top choice for holiday makers!

My absolute go to for fresh squeeze juice! Always love being able to build my own fresh juice with whatever ingredients I'm feeling that day. Went here for breakfast the other day and was super impressed! I got the Melbourne breakfast and loved every bite - the basil pesto was an awesome addition to this meal!

So yum and decent prices compared to the neighboring cafes. We wanted to have the karage bowl but it had sold it before we came at 1pm. So had the tuna bowl and tofu bowl - surprisingly the tofu bowl was so flavourful and delicious; the tuna was semi cooked and not sashimi however still tasty. Lovely staff and not too busy for a Saturday, we’d come again.

Nice cafe with very friendly and polite staff. Food was amazing with decent price. Their hollandaise is homemade and also we ordered Tumeric mix juice it was delicious. Enjoy our breakfast with beach view is such a nice bonus.

The best cafe in Coolangatta. We visited this cafe almost every morning on our holiday and the food was very exceptional and well priced. Very fresh and delicious produce and everything we ate on the menu was amazing. We would highly recommend and would come back to Coolangatta just for this cafe.

The food here is absolutely amazing!! The staff were lovely, the food came in a timely manner and was so delicious. They were very quick to accomodate my gluten intolerance. Highly recommend, BEST FOOD IN COOLY 😍😍

Just what you’d expect from a cafe on the coast but a bit extra. Food was great, service quick and friendly. Dogs allowed, would come again.

What a find!! Had a couple of hours transiting through Gold Coast airport. Decided to head to Cooly for lunch and stumbled on this place. The food was incredibly delicious, the coffee was perfect and the staff were super friendly! We treated ourselves to a Nuttela donut to finish and felt like kings!

Excellent cafe on the beach front of Coolangatta . Girlie and her staff particularly the chefs are to be complimented on the quality of the breakfast that was provided to me

Had an amazing big breakfast and ordered the jumbo coffee was just expecting the three shot takeaway cup but it came in the biggest mug I have ever seen.
