Woolworths Coolangatta

I have just the best customer service I have ever had in my life. A young brunette man named Ty. He went above and beyond to help me at the checkout. He was very professional, kind and filled with Christmas spirit. I will be recommending Woolworths Coolangatta to everyone I know because of this service. This man deserves a special shout out.

My son went shopping here and was abused by one of the staff members. If that were just the case I would rate 1 star, but the manager was so sorry and took action to help my son. I'm very proud by this action and it restores my faith that there are good people in the world.

Woolworths is Woolworths, but it's in the Strand shopping centre in the heart of Coolangatta which is a great location for all in the area. Big range and great layout.

So easy to shop here and they have a better range of products than where I shop ❤

Very convenient place to shop with plenty of underground parking.

Very good fresh produce. No waiting at checkout. There's under cover parking. Friendlier than the Tweed store. Great range of stock. My grandson even found himself a Pokemon soft toy from the toy section. Walking distance from both Coolangatta and Kirra Beaches.

Woolworths Coolangatta is conveniently located for my family when we stayed at the Beachcomber International Resort just down the road on Griffith St.

Woolies have everything we needed for our week's vacation at the Gold Coast and it was just a stone's throw away. It is bigger than some branches and being a first time visitor, it took me some time to get used to finding the products I wanted.

I like this Woolies. Airconditioning, huge range of food and accessories. Kitchenware. Probably not as compact as the Mall, but handy anyway. If you can work the layout out.

On second floor. Escalators or lifts work well. Great eateries and coffee near by. Stocks useful globes for units. Happy, friendly staff. Busy at times.

Very well set up and plenty of choice across all areas. Situated inside the Strand shopping precinct right opposite the beach.

Great store, location and staff. I scored dozens of dollars of discount meat in cool section and weekly bargins on the cleaning shelf, my reason for visit

Got evacuated because of a (false ) fire alarm, but the staff were lovely and helpful, and left the trolleys out so we could pick up where we left off after the all clear was given.
