Yang's Dumpling

Came here to say using the Entertainment Book voucher (buy 1 dumpling, get another free).

Claiming was super straightforward and all dishes were really good.

Very yummy dumplings and Xiao long baos.
Also ordered wonton soup and Sichuan chilli oil chicken, and glutinous rice cake. All for two people was more than enough for just about $60.

Limited seating available, but there was no wait on a Saturday night.

A lot of variety of dishes with no flourishes whatsoever. Fairly authentic tasting but with some quirky items in their menu.
Their sheng jian, xlb and soup noodle special is probably best.
Don’t get their ‘scallion’ pancake, no scallions at all.
Also ignore the numbers on their menu in terms of quantity of items… not accurate at all.

Sichan dumping in peanut sauce is so good. Lots of flavor and quite filling for 6 pcs.
Chili on top of dumplings is not spicy but raise the flavor up a lot.
Definitely go back and try something else 😋😋

Cheap and cheerful. Prefer this location over the other one on Burwood Rd as it is a bit more tucked away, has seating and you can see the kitchen where they are making everything. I only ever get the pan fried buns as they are tops! Positive experience, would come back.

We had such a great time here. The food was the BOMB! The Sichuan dumplings were DELISH! We were a big group and we sat comfortably on the outdoor area. Must say, Hong went above and beyond! He blessed our group and also gave our friend a special treat for his birthday. Honestly, food was great. But the service makes this place a 5 stars for me!

Came to Yangs Dumpling after seeing the reviews. I ate the pork and vegetable dumpling. Very nice indeed. Crispy and crunchy on the outside, and meat was soft on the inside. Definitely will be back again.

Definitely my favourite dumpling place in town.
Their fried bums had thin & crispy skins, the juices insides were very tasty.
Love that they have the meat + veggies buns, meat + prawn buns are new addition. also the spicy dumplings have a tasty sauce that’s not too overly oily and spicy.
The soup dumplings is a healthier option for those who don’t like oily dumplings.
Milk tea was a bargain, very generous size!

Love their pan fried pork buns. Friendly and quick service. Affordable prices. The place is a bit small for big groups. Limited vegetarian options. AMEX accepted.

Absolutely awesome dumplings. Always a good sign how the ladies are making them I the front window, any they are making a lot!
The service was fantastic young girl serving was super happy and friendly. They also have my favorite sweet chilli sauce.

Beware of the squirt!! The pan fried dumplings are really hot & has delicious liquid cased within. Piping hot liquid bursts when you bite in and may burn you unknowingly! Recommend plain pork dumpling, no need for prawn & pork as it’s not like a mixed prawn & pork mix like in traditional steam dumplings that provides that crunch texture. This is a small prawn on top of the mince pork filling which youwouldn’t miss if it wasn’t there. Would definitely come visit again.

Totally the best dumplings in Sydney. This small place should not be judged on the dining experience, more so on the food quality. Each handmade morsal of pure delight is scrumptious in every way. Totally recommend the dumplings with peanut and chilli sauce.

Had a an excellent experience at Yangs! Fried rice and fried chicken was great! Hong went above and beyond in serving us! Such a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend this place!

These are the best sheng jian bao I've had outside of Shanghai. The place is small, so it could be annoying if it's busy. It's also quite affordable, I ordered a combo with noodles/curry broth with beef and 6 dumplings for less than $14.

This small eatery has amazing handmade dumplings, xiao long baos, pan fried dumplings and many more at a relativity cheap price.
Highly recommended for people for enjoy some good chinese dumpings and other baos.
Be sure to get there early because this place really fills up quick.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere! The manager was great and wanted a picture with us ! He was really nice and friendly and even gave us a freebie!

Wow, FULL Of delicious soup, not doughy and cooked to perfection, not only the best pork dumpling I’ve had but also the cheapest! $8.80 for x6 you just can’t go wrong! I wish I had more room in my belly 😆

I've ordered more than few times now, each time it's been absolutely delicious and full of flavour.

Fried pork chops, Crispy fried chicken, wontons in peanut sauce and prawn fried rice.

I love this place, best dumplings and so authentic!!! The lady and the new worker were so professional and kind helping me with my selection. Perfect choice see you again. Thanks

What a find! We stumbled on this place when we wanted delivery...and couldn't help but come back again for more the next day! The dumplings in spicy peanutty sauce is amazing!
