Super helpful and plentiful staff, a sensible layout, and loads of parking make this an awesome Bunnings.

Come for whatever - stay for the sausage sizzle. I’ve never seen parking full even at peak times, and browsing or click and collect work great. Included videos to show the condition of the store, which was good in my view.

Best flower and plants selection here compared with their Rozelle store. So cheap and good quality. My go to for plants in the Inner West.

Great hardware & tools store around innerwest area. It has wide variety rage of products and items for home owners and tradies. They offer different timbers and woods at their timber yard and they do have onsite workshop ti cut timbers for clients. They have beat price policy by 10% in case any other store sells cheaper than them.

I wanted to send special thanks to DAGMAR who assisted my 84 years old father, when I was busy shopping. She even bought a coffee for him when she felt he is tired and took him to rest on a seat.
She absolutely depict kindness today and proved humanity culture within Bunnings staff.

During my visit, when the storage container I needed was not on the shelf, ANJU was very professional and manage to get it from the dock. She didn't stop there – she also provided coffee cards for me and my husband. She ensures that everyone is assisted and goes the extra mile to guarantee satisfaction, even offering guidance on where to find products if assistance is lacking elsewhere in the store. Her service has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on both of us. I believe she is an asset to your store. Please pass this feedback-At the returns, the service is poor, as the young staff are often preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves and fail to acknowledge customers. Thankyou bunnings.

The service from Nish is exemplary great, i dont know what kind of drill i need to buy so i just ask the assistant from the other staff, and follow his recommendation but when i about to leave the counter Nish ask why I didn’t get the other brand instead, that is user friendly, with the whole set of bits and reachable. As with any Bunnings, get there early! This Bunnings is one of the better ones in my mind with lots of parking both underground and outside. Plenty of helpful staff lining the aisles as well as at the Information Desk & Tools area. Pretty hard to beat their pricing on pretty much everything. Local charities there on weekends too cooking a BBQ or offering cakes, so great community involvement.

Lucy at the Kitchen/Bathroom section is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. It is a joy being served by her. She is a great asset to Bunnings, Ashfield. Mark & Serene

Bunnings Ashfield is a haven for home improvement enthusiasts. The store boasts an extensive range of tools, hardware, and gardening supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to assist. The spacious layout ensures a comfortable shopping experience. While it may not be a traditional supermarket, Bunnings Ashfield is a go-to destination for all things home and garden, offering quality products and helpful service.

Excellent customer service. The returns process was really simple - I had bought an item that it turns out didn't fit (I should have measured beforehand), and was able to return it easily with no fuss. They have a wide range of products and even had a particularly niche item I needed. Great range of tools for any job you might need. The prices are unbeatable. They also do key cutting at a much more reasonable price than other dedicated stores. And you can recycle old batteries here for free.

Items delivered to the boot of the car without me needing to enter the store. COVID safe.

My favourite Bunnings. Never seems to be too busy and in a very handy location. The staff are friendly. They always have what I need and plenty of parking. Also handy to bus stops towards Ashfield, The city or towards Parramatta
