Excellent real estate agent with really nice and professional ppl there!!!

I leased an apartment from them for 1 year. Property manager is very responsible to any requests from me and my roommate!

I would like to highlight the support I ve gotten from Angela, she is very nice and easy to communicate with. She helped me a lot on vacating and referred my future rentals.

One stop shop . Tony and the Iskandar team have been my management agents since I purchased the unit through them in 2010. The team have been amazing and have a great management team at the helm.
Tony assisted in the design of a refresh of the place prior to sale, attended all open houses and kept my updated along them way.

Fernando has looked after my rental property for many years. He's an absolute legend at getting good tenants - and FAST. I'm overseas and rely on that income to survive and in all these years I've only gone max 10 days without the place being rented. He's super quick to address issues too. 59374 stars! B

This is the best Real Estate Agency I've ever dealt with. Fernando the Property Manager and Michael my Agent have both been super helpful, professional and unintrusive in our interactions and have always done a great job of looking after the property, being contactable and responsive, meeting requests for minor repairs etc. When I first saw the property Michael had a really relaxed and courteous professional manner and assured me that he would help me secure the place, which he did. Couldn't be more happy with my service to date.
