Benny's Bar & Cafe

There are a number of places to choose from along the cappuccino strip. Most of them were full so if you are wanting to dine in this area I strongly suggest making a reservation. We were fortunate enough to get a table at Benny’s for breakfast. The maple bacon was very interesting. The taste was complimentary with the halloumi but probably not so much with the pulled pork Benedict. Big breakfast went down a treat. Wait staff were very attentive and friendly. All service is table service which made a nice change from the QR codes. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Overall great experience and will definitely return.

We walked in early Saturday evening and were early enough that we could be seated without a booking. We ordered lovely Lyre's highball mocktails that were perfectly well balanced and cooling against the great heat of the day. The place is spacious and cool and airy. We were intrigued by the special - a seafood involtini and wow it was amazing. Delicious prawns wrapped in red emperor in a cream sauce. So good! It should be noted that the menu has many gluten free options. We will be returning.
Desserts seem a bit light on gluten free wise, but we were off to Kuld anyways.

Nice food though a bit touristy

made a booking for 6 for my family to come here on a Sunday afternoon and good thing we did coz it was packed!! every dish was stunning with great flavour, I'm so keen to come back to try the cocktails they sound amazing!! I'm seeing other reviews say the service was not great but that was not my experience, the service and waiting times were perfectly good in my opinion even on a busy Sunday!

edit: went back with friends to try the cocktails, the Nutella one was yummmm!! really loved the steak as well.

Eathan, Miranda, & Eliza, couldn't hamDe our experience any better. Friendly service fully understood the menu, allowing us to add or change parts of our meal. The fillet steak is one of the best I have had to date. The chef cooked both of our steaks to perfection. I can't recommend this place enough. Great food.

Amazingly good food, wine and atmosphere. Arancini, calamari, cacciatore and feta are awesome entrees. The steaks for mains are tender and cooked to perfection. Well worth a meal, great value for money.

I ordered the garlic bread and then chicken parmigiana for myself, and my mother got the spaghetti, and omg, my eyes nearly popped out of my head. Haha, when I saw the huge portion sizes. She also got 2 cocktails, a long island ice tea, and a mai tai, and she loved them both. I strongly recommend this place. The staff were fantastic too.

Awesome place! Came down for dinner on a Friday night and it was a great experience. Partner and I got the deal that was on. Variety of dishes with plenty f flavour. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Will definitely come back!

Benny's is my new go to. Every dish we have eaten is amazing. Awesome atmosphere and service. Even the kids ask if we can eat here. Worth every penny and you will love every mouthful!! Highly recommend!!!

I came Australia for scool trip and this restaurant made my day. I ordered my food but it didn't come for 15-20min and when I asked the waiter they got it for me immediately. It was vr delicious. When I got my bill I realized there wasn't my meal in the bill, only the drinks. So I asked when paying. Then they said that it was our miss so it is free. I was surprised about it. This restaurant was my one of my best memory in the school trip. Thank u.

Arrived without a booking but they managed to accommodate us on a busy Saturday evening.
Staff were amazingly attentive. Prices very reasonable.
Enjoyed the GF garlic bread and Involtini di Pollo (also GF) washed down with a Pomegranate Rose cocktail.

My favourite place in Perth for a dinner out. I always order the veal scallopinni with creamy garlic sauce. I am a big fan of creamy garlic sauce and they have the best one I've ever had. Amazing food, good portion and reasonable prices. Not to mention thier drinks are amazing too.

A fantastic night of unlimited mussels at Benny's. Very nice atmosphere, welcoming staff, very well kept premises, dark timber tables and chairs, all added to a great dining experience. We were delighted by the serving of 3x large bowls of mussels - spicy tomato based sauce, creamy with garlic & coconut flavour and a lemon herb option. All 3 were complimented with unlimited bread and a serving of chips. Rickie - our serving staff member was great, very friendly and looked after our every need - my mate had a few needs. Overall highly recommend the experience.

Cosy atmosphere, tables are quite close together. I must say the food was excellent esp. their involtini. A must try or visit if u havent been there.

My partner and his family came to Benny's for our first brunch together in Fremantle and OMG the food is to die for!
It all came quickly after ordering and it was mouth watering!

My go-to place when in Freo. Sometimes I just get a to-go coffee as they do a better job than other places on the strip. Food is excellent and service is always quick and friendly. Keep doing a great job peeps!

Had dinner here for New Year's Eve and ordered the scholarpini and my partner ordered the 500-gram ribeye
The food was delicious, oh and I can't forget the entree octopus with the chorizo was so succulent and tasty
Would definitely go back there and eat again the staff was doing a fantastic job polite smiles all around and I felt so welcomed to enjoy my evening
