I had a great experience with Doug Tyson. I recently purchased some electronic appliances from them and was very impressed by their service. The sales team was super helpful and reliable, and the delivery team was very organised and efficient. Prompt phone calls and email follow-up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Not to mention that the price and quality of the products are very competitive. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for electronic applications.

I recently bought a Miele oven H2860BP and was served by John Pello. His customer service was amazing. I was concerned that the oven may not fit the space and he went to the trouble of printing out the specifications of the Miele and my prevous oven to assure me that it would fit the space. He also put up with my more than 1 visit to measure the new oven myself. There was also concerns about whether my electricity was correct for the new appliance and so I sent him photos and he checked with the store installer.

i can't recommend John highly enough and my whole experience at Whitfords was seamless from start to finish. Its also a lovely store and has plenty of stock to choose from.

Before i went to Whitfords I had a bad experience at Winnings at Crows nest so i certainly wouldn't recommend them !

Purchased a Vintec wine fridge from Whitfords that was not only competitively priced but also easy to transact. Within a business day of submitting my order I had an email confirmation and delivery booked for 2 days later. When the delivery was en route I received updates via text and email with an ETA. Installation took 5 minutes and the guys were gone. Very impressive.

One got the feeling she was genuine in wanting to find the right air con for us, that she had no hidden agenda so we found ourselves not bothering to shop around. I brought a DeLonghi Coffee Machine from Whitfords online. Best purchase ever. We use it about 5 times a day and has never let us down once. Great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely buy from them again. You can even take it back to their store if you have a problem.

We bought an oven, sink and rangehood from Geoff at Whitfords; the prices and customer service was so good we traveled 2.5 hrs away to purchase and collect them.

I called to ask about a few appliances, John answered and was so helpful! His technical knowledge of the appliances was unbelievable and he really helped guide our appliance selection in the right way.
