I absolutely loved my experience with unite health! This course equips you with everything you need to be a successful trainer. The teachers are so knowledgeable and helpful which is something that really stood out to me. 100% recommend studying with APPI.

I completed mat and equipment instructor program. Teachers are physios and very knowledgable. In the courses, always talk about the case studies and how to modify the set up or movements. Highly recommend!

I chose to study a clinical pilates instructor course with APPI, Unite health last year. I'm glad I chose this course with unite health, the knowledge they provided during the course is totally professional and it's beneficial for working as a clinical pilats instructor. I've learnt a lot of teaching technique, how to cue clients and planing the sessions. If you are looking for the Pilates course I would recommend Unite Health.

I truly learnt (and enjoyed) an incredible amount through the APPI coursework offered by Unite Health. The instructors all came from an Allied health background (physios, exercise physiologist) and that really makes a huge difference to understand the WHY behind each exercise and how we can execute Pilates (mat and reformer) in our everyday lives as well as creating programs for clients . I am looking forward to put all my knowledge to use and teach Pilates to everyone

The Unite Health Pilates course was so great! I’d recommend the course to anyone looking to get certified to teach Pilates. It has taught me so much about form & technique as well as practical skills for instructing.

I really enjoyed the pilates instructor course provided by Unite Health. The course was run by experienced pilates instructors with various background and was based on current research results. I highly recommend the course for those who like to learn more about pilates as well as those who are after successful career changes.

Did this course in Sydney - Numerous educators took the course allowed for different view points/ teaching styles. Focus on teaching, knowledge and utilisation of the method.
Definitely a better therapist because of the hours spent... worth every penny.

The most incredible experience! The teachers were so knowledgeable and presented the course in a very easy to understand way. It ran seamlessly and I learnt SO much!! On my way to starting my own little humble studio from home. Couldn’t of done it without these guys
