A spacious park with children’s playground, basketball and tennis court, cricket ground, tap water and toilet facilities. Looks well maintained. Perfect for outdoor gathering and picnics.

Been taking my daughter here to enjoy a packed lunch and read my book while she plays on the playground equipment.. sometimes I climb the ropes with her too 😂

A great local park with a range of modern playground equipment. Beautiful, thriving vegetation and sprawling green fields make Marrickville Park a top choice to visit, an amazing place to relax and watch as dogs play and run across the grass. Perfect for kids, adults and even pets, Marrickville Park has a collection of interesting features and architecture that further enhances its appearance. A large oval is consistently used to play sports upon. The park is close to other major locations, such as Wilkins Public School, Marrickville Library and Pavillion in addition to other quality cafes and churches. The ideal community park location, I highly recommend a visit to Marrickville Park for an entertaining experience of fun and relaxation.

What a great park! Heaps of space. Paved pathways. Off leash zone for our furry friends. Exercise area as well as a playground for the kids. Well done to the council 😁

An absolutely beautiful park late afternoon, with sunburnt grass hillsides. it has a running circle, free basketball courts, tennis courts, outdoor gym and a kids park. No public rest rooms though.

Lush green, tranquil, cricket pitch, ground and nets. Tennis and basketball courts, jogging track and swing sets.

What more could you need. The place to go play or picnic.

Probably the most beautiful park in the area, so green and clean. Fun children's playground with a bbq area. Basketball, tennis and netball courts. A dog park and fitness area with a pathway all around the park to do your jogging or speed walking. New grandstand to watch the cricket and footy games. Zeus Academy and the Tennis club are situated within the park grounds. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained.Love my neighborhood 💛

Gorgeous big park, plenty of parking, large circle path around the park for a walking track and even a small off leash section for your dogs. We have found a great new hangout.

I adore Marrickville Park, it's so rich with flora and fauna, the children running around the playground always puts a smile on my face. I also enjoy watching the local cricket and football teams battling there way to victory.

Clean and green park, I used to come here with my little boy, he love this place.

Can get crowded and hard to find parking but great place to workout and exercise. Also great to have picnics.

Really nice park for riding around on any form of wheels. Playground good for ages 1+. It is not fenced it but far enough from road to be it not to be a concern (unless you have a rogue child). There is also a section for off leash dog play.

This is an important community Recreation space. Beyond It's historical significance it is as well loved today as ever. Since the recent upgrade the walking path is suitable for all ages around the oval. There is a fabulous kids Recreation zone complete with cooking facilities. There is a useful exercise section that has sensible exercise and fitness gear. I use this park daily to walk my dog and there is a lovely community of dog owners. Other features include the tennis club and Croquet Club, and mixed use basketball and tennis courts that are being used regularly especially amongst young people because it's now free to access.

Lots of green space to enjoy, with a playground for kids, a tennis court, public toilets, an oval for team sports, and even a small gym with a couple of bars and elliptical machines.
People bring their dogs all the time here. There's a bus stop in front, too.

A great local park with new exercise equipment, basketball courts available, a large oval and a great children't playground. There are also a lot of local dogs that are walked here and lots of people having picnics. Even though it's on a main road, it's nice to grab a rug, and watch a game that's on at the oval.
