Customer Service is sensational. I was contacted by Kimberly notifying me that they have looked into my order delay without me even having to follow up. Prior to purchasing the items I was also given best storage advice, considering the wine will be consumed at a later date. Outstanding customer service.

Prompt delivery. Great selection of wines at good prices. I had a slight issue with my order but Billie-Jade was fantastic and quick to find a resolution. The bottles delivered were packed really well. I am looking forward to buying with My Wine Guy again soon. Thank you!

If I can say one piece of feedback, it is to have more reviews on wines, whether that be from customers or independent reviewers. It would be very helpful when choosing new wines from different regions.

Great selection of domestic and imported wine, and incredibly fast shipping. The reviews and recommendations on the website are also really helpful. In my last order they were unable to source a bottle of port I ordered and were communicative and apologetic, offering to provide a replacement or refund. In the end they found one last bottle and sent it right away! Great customer service.

Ordered my wine on-line. The response was quick and the box was packed and on its way on the same day - sent Monday and arrived Thursday by Australia Post. Sadly, they had omitted one bottle but after I complained they sent a replacement along with a bonus bottle. These guys seem to care about giving a good service which is a lot better than some on-line wine retailers I have dealt with. I shall use them again.

Excellent wine selection and exceptionally curated. Site easily navigated.
Support is also exceptional. My call was answered in just a few min and resolved quickly with a prompt email follow up to ensure my query had been addressed.

Absolutely love these guys. I get great recommendations for wine regularly and I have never been disappointed with my choices. Sometimes when you walk into a bottle shop you're flying blind and you just give something a crack. It can be pretty hit and miss. With the descriptions of the wine that these guys give you can choose something that is exactly to your taste. I am definitely a repeat customer of these guys!!! LEGENDS!!

MWG provide a great selection of wines, great service and fantastic after sales support. They are the best online wine supplier in Australia in my opinion. Do not hesitate to try them out.

Unbelieveable experience.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong gin which was my responsibility
On contact with My Wine Guy was informed too late to correct the
order as dispatched already which I accepted
2 hours later received a phone call informing me the dispatch info
was incorrect and that the original order could be cancelled,refunded
and replaced by the correct order and recharged
If all the staff are as courteous,competent,customer orientated and
helpful as Billie-Jade the business is in good hands
I will endeavour to support My Wine Guy in the future

Super easy ordering online, shipped within 7 business days and arrived on my doorstep the next day! I also had to email for help at one stage and they were back to me within a couple of hours. Happy with my first purchase :)

Service from My Wine Guy is exceptional. On the 31st March I ordered a dozen wines which were shipped on the 1st April (next day after the order). I received notification from Australia Post that my wine is arriving on the 16th April. The wine did not arrive and on the 17 April I lodged a customer enquiry on line with Australia Post asking them to inform me what was happening with my delivery. I have never received a reply .

On the 24th April I received an email from My Wine Guy that one parcel of wines were damaged and My Wine Guy promptly organised replacement for those 6 wines. I asked My Wine Guy what was happening with the other parcel of 6 wines. Sam from My Wine Guy went out of his way and determined that the other parcel of 6 wines was also damaged and promptly organised replacement for that parcel.

You can't get better service than this. I made my first purchase from My Wine Guy in Feb 2015 and usually make a couple of purchases each year. I will definitely be making further purchases from them as time goes on.

Recentlyought a case of 6 bottles of Italian Moscato that is hard to find in Australia. AusPost damaged the package of wine en route (and provided me with a complete lack of inforation and shocking customer service), however My Wine Guy stepped up and provided me with a replacement box of wine which was shipped express. Thanks My Wine Guy for stepping up where AusPost failed - will definetely be buying from you again.

After consuming a wine that I thought was something off they promptly gave me a full refund with no questions asked. This is the only wine like this as all the others have been great. Their range and service are first class.

So far the 3 different wines I've got from them have been first class, the last 2 after discussing with Billie-Jade what was most suitable for my tastes. Unfortunately, there was a 2-week delay in receiving the last lot but that was probably due to COVID-19 restrictions on transport. This was made worse by AusPost not giving their usual regular transport updates so I had little idea of where the wine was or when it was arriving. Hopefully that was a one off.

Very satisfied with the order and receipt of goods process. Their Customer Service staff answer and help with queries in a most efficient manner.

An authoritative online wine provider with good discounts. They have an excellent range and hire sommelier's and other wine experts as their sales people. They do not just provide hit and miss firesale wines like other online providers. Highly recommended.
