Had an awesome gentleman named Peter was very Assistant walked me through everything that I needed to know about what wine was right for me. pretty humble man was a just a phone call away.
I ended up purchasing a 600$ bottle of Pino Gris looks so lovely. Peter thank you again will be doing business again soon

I wish to pass on my experience with Wine collective.
I am the old fashioned beer drinker who enjoys a glass of wine with evening meal and I have no idea of wines so I rely on the experts to advise me of my choice according to my taste.
In the past I have purchased wine that vinegar had more taste,now I ring Fran or she rings me when stocks a getting low.
When Fran first contacted me I was out of stock and quite happy to poison myself with Chardany s from bottle shops.Due to the lack of knowledge I tried to describe to Fran my taste.Not sweet,dry,fruity this or that.
She recommended a couple which I enjoyed,followed up with a call.By the second order Fran was all over my taste,And advised me of other brands(all good)
In my experience not only is Fran very knowledgeable of the product she is very pleasant,understanding and not a pushy sales person,A credit to your company

I have been a member for many years. Have found staff to be exceptional as is the variety and value for money wine stock that they offer. Any occasional problems are remedied quickly and professionally. Used to buy from a number of sources such as Dan's, Qantas wine and others. No more TWC is simply too good V it's compeditors -for value for money they aretoo hard to beat.

Christine Goss has been my Wine Advisor for around 7 years, her customer service and wine knowledge is excellent. Although we have never met, I often trust her to choose my wines for me. I've been a member I think for over 20 years and find The Wine Collective to be the most professional 'from vigneron to table'. Appreciate your great wine selection, offers and the 'best of' selections which I've subscribed to for most, if not all my membership.

I joined the Wine Society many moons ago and have stayed with them as they have grown in to the Wine Collective.
Both the choice and the service have grown exponentially over this time too, with so many new wines being added, I no longer need them to be 'one of' my wine suppliers - they are now the only supplier I need!

To start with, there's a great range of all varietals both domestic and from around the world. The pricing is always competitive and often stunningly irresistible.

It's so easy to browse on their website, but even easier to chat with my Personal Wine Advisor - Christine. In fact, the hardest thing is to try to not buy more wine than I have room for at home!
Christine asks me for feedback on the wine I buy and she remembers what I like so that I don't have to. She then suggests new wines to me and the vast majority of the time I am introduced to new life-long friends in a bottle!

Very rarely, I have received a corked wine or a wine I really didn't like, and without question or hesitation, I was credited the cost.

Delivery is speedy and to my door. If I were designing a wine company that suits my needs I can't think of anything I would add to The Wine Collective to make it better!

I have been in other wine clubs, but The Wine Collective beats them all hands down.

Have been with The Wine Collective for over 7 months now (previously going to stores like Dans - BWS)
Enjoy the wines a lot and have been recommended some which turned out really well also. I enjoy their range of wines and specials they have on. Have managed to get some amazing French Champagne on sale! There have been some delivery issues (AU Post damaging a bottle) and delayed delivery, meaning the wines didn't arrive in time for Christmas. But these things happen and no big deal. Wine Collective upgraded us to a better bottle and managed the situation well. All in all, I enjoy getting my wines through them and happy with the service.

The Wine Collective is my new go to place for wine. I just love great quality and good prices. I recently ordered an Australian bubbles that was, to my palate, disappointing. This is when you really test the value of your supplier! My issue was dealt with in a most courteous manner and processed faster than a speeding bullet. I placed an order from the US with The Wine Collective for delivery in Melbourne pre Christmas. The wine selection was excellent and my order was processed promptly & professionally. However, the courier company dropped the ball and failed to deliver as promised. The people at Wine Collective, particularly Billie-Jade & Jeremy were excellent in retrieving the order and having it delivered. First class customer service & excellent communication throughout. He is one of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered. Helpful, courteous, informative, attentive and never pushy. I hadn't purchased from The Wine Collective until last month and I have been very impressed with the customer service that I received! Although my original order was lost in the mail (by no fault of their own), The Wine Collective was able to resolve this issue promptly and have sent out a replacement bottle. I would definitely order from them again and overall have been very pleased with my dealings with them!

I have been a member of the Wine Society since the 80s. I have always been happy with quality and service provided by the Society and now the Wine Collective. Recently I moved and overlooked advising the Collective. When I called Billie-Jade could not have been more helpful in sorting out my delivery which had been sent to the old address. The response was efficient and friendly . Well done and thanks.

I have been a member of the Wine Society since about 1967 or 1972 (not sure which). I have always enjoyed good service and great quality wine. Yesterday I had a fine example of that service when a delivery problem was sorted with a very professional and generous response. I will keep buying from the Wine Collective because of the service and quality of the wines on offer. And today another fine example of very professional service in sorting out details od a delivery issue.

We have been members of The Wine Collective for over 10 years. We appreciate their personal and caring service. Our wine specialist, Edward calls when he knows that some wine has arrived that would suit our taste, and he is rarely wrong in his judgement. On the very few occasions when the wine hasn't met with our approval, there has never been a problem returning the wine. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. We highly recommend. I have been a member since the late 70's and have only twice in that time i have to contact them for a replacement of damaged items.
There was no hesitation in responding and sending replacements.

My current wine adviser Christine has a great knowledge of the products available for sale and always advises me of any specials.

My first purchase with them was marred by AusPost breaking some bottles. Not the fault of The Wine Collective. But AusPost had not let them know so it was my 'where's the wine?' call that prompted them to get the information. I was grumpy but they handled the situation very well. Calmed me down and left me happy with the resolution. Will continue to shop with them. I enjoy the quality and range of the offerings and the videos are well worth a look.

We created an issue, by placing an incorrect order, entirely our fault, but The Wine Collective fixed it quickly and without any reservation. Money refunded no problem. Can't ask for better service than that. Just reinforces our past experience with TWC, good wine, good service, good people.
