Jhonny is genuinely professional agent. He always goes above and beyond for his clients. He is Trustworthy in an industry that is not known for that. I would highly recommend Jhonny to look after your property if you're renting out and definitely as a sales agent.

Jhonny - Century21 is extremely professional. It is clear he cares and looks after the well-being of not just the owner/landlord, but also the tenants during our rental occupation with him in Rozelle. He made us feel incredibly warm, welcome and excited to move into our studio. He sat down with us, went above and beyond to explain to us the full process, our contract and the property with transparency and time to answer all of our questions about the area. Century21's payment system allowed us the flexibility to make our rental fortnightly payments on a day that suited us. Because he treated us with such respect and flexibility, we did our best absolute best to repay it to him and his agency during our stay. The moving out process was equally smooth. Such a pleasure renting with Century21.

Conversely, other agencies are quite opposite. Nice to you during property interest, however completely cold after the 1-week deposit and application is received. The only further correspondence is an internet link to an aggressively worded contract (Jhonny sat down with us in person and discussed it), DD form where they choose when to charge you (opposite philosophy to Century21), and threats that they will give the property to somebody else if you cannot sign your name to all of the above. Century21 were flexible enough to let us move in on the day we wanted to start our rental agreement. Some agencies won't let you move in on a Saturday without charging an additional day.

In this current rental crisis, we need Jhonny Amorim (Century21) everywhere around Sydney!!! I urge Fair Trading NSW to make Century21 the standard.

Let me start by saying I rarely take the time to leave reviews but these guys deserve one. Jhonny and Bruna are by far the best people I have dealt with in real estate industry. They are extremely professional, upfront and friendly. They have made both my move in and move out experience super smooth. Thank you guys, I wish I could find this level of service here in WA. That's how you do it, you're absolute legends!

Jhonny and has team were phenomenal and hands down the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. Jhonny went over and above to answer and resolve maintenance queries in a timely way and he even put new light bulbs in for me once! I really missed Century 21 when I moved to another rental. The team at Century 21 Rozelle are reliable and honest. As a renter, issues are sorted out quickly - without fuss or need to follow up. Jhonny in particular has gone above and beyond to look after us while renting. For example in our previous place he went to Bunnings and got the pieces to fix the blinds and installed them himself. I have never had an agent that has taken this level of care.

Johnny managed our apartment while it was being rented and then sold the apartment earlier this year. In all ways Jhonny impressed as a highly professional and knowledgeable agent who is honest. I trusted Jhonny to assist us the make make the right decisions when preparing for the sales and the outcome was fantastic. The apartment sold in just a few weeks for a price above our expectations.

WOW! Johnny and his team definitely exceeded expectations.
I had previously had a relative refer me to an agent to sell my property which was not a hard sell in today’s market given location and conditions of the property.
In the sales industry myself so I trusted fellow Sales person to do the right thing by me and did not chase him and left him alone. How wrong I was and I will forever regret that decision.
I had know Johnny for a long time but still chose family friend’s contact over Johnny at first as there are so many Real estate agents out there and I thought it’s all pretty much same service they provide so originally did not approach Johnny for the sale but only troubled him for few quick advices.
6 months later my property was still on market with the first agent only providing me with one offer in the first week which was too low and I rejected and that was it. No offers from then on. No follow up calls to let me know what’s happening. I had to follow up and ask only to be fed same story of there are a few interests with offers that are not yet formal or still arranging finance.
Eventually I gave up and approached Johnny and his team but by then I did not expect much and thought after 6 months, what could be worse than a property that maybe for some reason I had high expectations and thought it would sell quick and fetch the money I was after.
Johnny made everything seamless and asked me to sign my life away and he would take care of the rest, after the first week, he had spoken to over 100 potential buyers which I didn’t believe but he forwarded me a flow chart of enquiries, break down of hot and cold leads, time of conversation and transcript of what was discussed. I could not believe the detail of what he went through and the effort he had put in but I knew from then on I was in good hands. During covid on the 3rd week I had 10 offers at least of all close to where I was aiming to sell at. Had a few issues with buyers solicitors which Johnny also took care of as I was busy with my work. Johnny Closed the Sale with one of many buyers who was ready with everything and no cooling off period meaning it was a done deal!
Johnny can rest assured definitely see me for all my future dealings with properties!

Jhonny Amorim, Janice Coratza and Jade Hudson were fantastic people. I will definitely choose Century 21 Rozelle again if ever I come back to Sydney. They have always been professional, understanding and never gave me problems in my nearly 3 years with them as their tenant. All my requests were always granted and issues were always rectified. They are the best real estate I’ve ever encountered in my 7 years in Sydney and I will always recommend them to my friends.

I am writing to acknowledge and complement Jhonny Amorim.

My wife and children recently returned from living in Singapore and were looking to find rental accommodation in the area. I contacted Jhonny to to view properties.

Jhonny listened to what we needed and within days set up viewing at properties in Balmain Cove.

We applied for one of the properties and were successful in our application. We are also very happy with our decision and love the place.

Jhonny could have easily shown disinterest in helping us find a rental property (buying a property is a much more motivating purchase). In my mind he went above and beyond calling us and making sure we were getting what we needed throughout the process.

Jhonny was an absolute pleasure to work with, friendly, professional, empathetic and just a really nice person, not pushy or arrogant or demanding.

I am always happy to send a note like this when I think someone is doing a great job, sadly it doesn't happen too often, some people just don't care but Jhonny is the epitome of great customer service. Without people like Jhonny businesses don't flourish. Century 21 should be proud of him.

I am writing this review as someone who has just moved out at the end of a 5 and half year tenancy. Jhonny was there through the whole thing. He and his team have always been there to respond quickly to any question or fixing any problem with our rental; always helpful and always friendly. Recently have gotten to know Janice who is an absolute gun! So sad to have left the area...

We had Jhonny as our agent whilst tenanting in Rozelle for nearly 4 years. We found him and his team to be prompt, courteous and friendly. If anything required maintenance or repair, it always got done very quickly. As tenants who have been mucked around by agents before, this was a breath of fresh air.
