my fav is their seafood pizza 🍕 chewy dough with generous fillings 🤩🩷 also warm hospitality! 😆 (also saw some people celebrating birthday here and I think it’s a great location for celebration 🎉‼

Friendly waiters gave very professional service. The plates are in a large portion. The taste of food can be improved tho :)

Came here for my 13th birthday with my godmother, on Boxing Day. We ordered garlic bread ($13.50), steamed vegetables ($8.00), garlic prawns ($32.90) and a schnitzel burger served with chips ($24.90), a Coke ($6.50) and a smoothie, I think.

The food was insanely good!! The garlic bread was a little dry, but definitely full of flavour and super crunchy. Steamed veggies didn't disappoint either, and the garlic prawns (which my godmother ate) looked amazing. My highlight would definitely be the burger. The chicken was so tender and crunchy, and the lettuce tasted super fresh. The chips had just the right amount of salt and were also really crunchy, but it was a shame that I couldn't finish it all.

I didn't pay attention to the service much, but the dishes came pretty quickly for such delicious food. The waiters and waitresses were really polite as well, served the dishes with nice etiquette, and that's pretty much it.

Despite past reviews which seem pretty harsh, I'm beyond satisfied with the overall restaurant. It seems that there's been loads of improvement over the years. Although it's pretty pricey, it's worth the money for such amazing quality. Definitely coming here again!!

Update: I did come here again, and the food was amazing as usual! There was just something sharp stuck in the spaghetti that my mother was eating... We let the waiters know and they very politely took the news and apologised greatly for the inconvenience. It was rather alarming, but the food was just as good as last time, if not better.
(By the way I took a bite out of the burger then realised I needed to take the picture so that's why you'll see a bite on it.)

Food here is amazing. I’ve never had a side of creamy mushroom sauce that stood out that much to me! The char grilled shrimp is absolutely delicious and was cooked to perfection! The rump steak and chips were such a delicacy. The food here is extremely worth it!

I had a wonderful experience. My friends and I decided to have dinner here and they just have the best and tasteful foods. The pizza was amazing, the seafood 🦞 hotpot has the best soup or sauce. I love Knaffe. I have never had it but I love it when I tasted it. I love their service too ♥♥♥

Wow amazing place and so much fun. We celebrated my brothers birthday and I would say 2 in 3 tables had a birthday (they play loud happy birthday music and put a sparkler on top - we asked for no sparkler as we don't want to eat metal).

I think they are halal or at least non-haram (so no pork and no alcohol). Ratings for each dish:

Mozzarella sticks 4/5 - good, but I think store bought
Kale salad 2/5 - too sweet and saucy
Caesar salad 4.5/5 - chicken was a stand out, beef bacon was wierd
Truffle, Halloumi and seafood pizza 5/5 for all, base is well done, pizza is just right, wouldn't change a thing on truffle and seafood, the Halloumi had a little too much mozzarella but still worked well.
Half lobster pasta 4.5/5 - decent amount of lobster, sauce was nice.
Scotch fillet 4.5/5 - a touch underdone (diner wanted a medium, but was more like medium rare - medium), but sauce was a bit of a let down.
Lamb chops, I didn't taste this, but my brother loved it.
Banana smoothie 5/5 - best I've had in ages, same with the mint mojito mocktail.

Would gladly come back, servings are big and pricing is very sharp. We never felt rushed. No additional cost for cakeage, just make sure you make a reservation, as it was very busy.

Heard so much about this place and it was really worth visiting sparqling finally, food and service was amazing 🤩 and they have a new SUSHI menu

Angela & Dita provided an amazing and professional service tonight. The girls where phenomenal, they where always at the service of the guests, from the moment we walked in we felt a warm welcome. I really hope these young ladies professional work is acknowledged. They where very humble, respectful and professional. Great service girls, wish you the very best in your future endeavours. The food was also deliciously tasty but the service was another level. Thanks again, will recommend.

If you want a deliciously satisfying meal then don't walk by just walk in! A very good selection ro choose from on the menu. For those that like Middle Eastern or Lebanese dishes this place delivers. I had Lamb Cutlets which came perfectly prepared. And tasted so good. Busy restaurant however the service was quite good too.
I'm an Aussie and not known to the owners. I just believe to give credit where it is due. Try it for yourself...you won't be disappointed.

Good food, friendly staff and a very chill atmosphere. Great combo for a Sunday brunch. Ordered a few woodfire pizzas, salads and meat platters. Recommended for a place to catch up with friends.

If you are looking for QUALITY FOOD, then Sparqling is the place to be. If you are looking for cheap food at a cheap price, then Sparqling is not the place for you. Sparqling is not about turning over product, rather they pride themselves on quality and customer service.

I visit this restraunt a minimum of five times a month and have always received quality service. The manager Ricardo is absolutely amazing and would ensure that all your requests have been achieved.

I strongly reccomend that you book from Thursday-Sunday whilst Monday-Wednesday is generally quiet.

If you are not able to secure a table at Sparqling, request a seat at it's sister restraunt "THE FOUR" which is right next door and request the Sparqling menu as both restraunts have it's own menue.

Parking can be very difficult to find on Burwood Road and parking can be found on Geroge Street.

Beautiful and intimate restaurant in the heart of Burwood, within walking distance of both the station and the westfields. Great selection of food to choose from, which has always been delicious and swiftly brought to the table.

Food was amazing. I am a regular here i cant get enough i will keep coming until i have tried the whole menu

A very lovely cafe to come here for dinner located on the main full of life street in burwood i must recommend any of their pizza and salads I recommend trying the shisha here as-well
