Short staff without notice is difficult to work around. The professional staff at CMI Marrickville certainly did their best to accommodate patients. Thank-you for your thoughtfulness especially the practitioners.

I'm not sure who Lord Ganesh is but the doctor asked me to pose like him so he could access the appropriate body part to do an ultrasound scan. He also told me which museum I can find a portrait of said role model!

I came in with pain and stiffness in the shoulder and after a quick ultrasound and xray i was in and out within an hour. Dr. Himanshu Kaushik is a brilliant diagnostician and suggested i might have adhesive capsulitis, which causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder. I was dutifully supported by Prudence one the assistant radiologists who was kind and thoroughly professional.

I had debilating shoulder and arm pain and was trying to find an urgent appointment for a scan and x-ray. The team at CMI was very kind and accomodated me on a short notice.
Dr Himanshu's treatment helped me immensely and I've recovered 90 pc range of motion. The pain is also considerably less.
The bedside manner of the doctor and the junior doctor is empathetic and calming.
I received my reports in time.

CMI is the most professional, helpful, attentive medical imaging centre in the whole of Sydney. The staff are intelligent, professional and have the highest capacity I have ever encountered. Do not go anywhere else but here.

Had my second knee injection and it was great.. doctor attentive to all my needs. Bit sore afterwards which is to be expected..

Had a biopsy done on my thyroid. Went in crying. Came out smiling. Didn't even have anaesthetic. Friendly and positive service.

I have been there a few times. Always great service. I had a shoulder pain and could not move my arm. The team at CMI did a shoulder injection/aspiration using a needle. Within minutes I was able to move my arm again. Could not be happier. Thank you!

CMI is like a second home for me.
I have regular scans and cortisone injections at CMI.
The staff are wonderful, well mannered, compassionate and have empathy. Nothing is ever too hard.
The Dr is wonderful and has many years of great knowledge.
Highly recommend you visit CMI next time you need any sort of imaging or cortisone injections.

Awesome service. I can tell because I've just got here from another imaging centre that was a huge hassle in even the booking process.

The receptionist was great and picked up the call quickly each time. She was also able to accommodate me on short notice - less than an hour. She was also glad to help me find my Medicare number to have this bulk billed. I also didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes.

The fact that even the ultrasound is bulk billed is a huge statement in this area. Especially with quality radiologists. I was quoted $150 at another imaging centre close to here.

The Xray and Ultrasound experiences were both prompt and professional. Himanshu who did the ultrasound for me was obviously very good at what he does and also diagnosed my tendinitis in a matter of minutes, all while having a casual chat.

The location is also good. Heaps of street parking available in the area, and also food options if you're hanging around.

Only drawback I would say is that they should make people aware they're at the marrickville centre. I turned up to the Mascot centre and it was closed.

All up a great experience.
