We have been so happy with the service from Callagher Estate Agents throughout our lease over the past two years. Our managing agent, Eileen, has been fantastic - a real pleasure to deal with and we have been really grateful for her prompt attention to any requests.

At my age, I've had a lot of experience with real estate agents, including both as a renter and buyer and seller of properties. These experiences haven't been uniformly delightful, but my faith in the real estate industry has been restored by Grace El-Melky and her team (Desiree Manabat and Ellaine Zabat, at the time of writing, and Kim in the past). Grace and her team moved with lightening speed whenever even the most minor repair was required, were unfailingly professional and friendly whenever I got in contact with them, and even said nice things when I informed them I was (reluctantly) having to relocate to another part of town. I've never provided a testimonial for a real estate agent before and will quite likely never do so again, but I don't hesitate to recommend the services of the team at Callagher Annandale!

Really happy with the service from Callagher Estate Agents! We rented an apartment for almost 2 years and Rebecca was our property manager. She was amazing! Always quick to respond to our emails and calls. Any requests we had were dealt with super fast. It's not often you find a property managing team who actually listens and acts on your concerns. Had a great experience overall, would definitely recommend them!

I have to say, the agents at Callagher are some of the most down to earth, professional and polite people to come across.
During the current rental crisis that is hitting across Sydney, I couldn't recommend them enough.

In particular, their agent Harrison McLean, he is an agent of outstanding quality. Both my partner and I have been doing the rounds of inspections since december 2023 (its now January 2024) every week and we had not come across someome of his caliber and stature. Harrison is attentive, responsive, humorous and exudes professionalism. He really went above and beyond to make sure both my partner and I got the property we had set our eyes on and I can't thank him enough. Have just started renting through Callaghers and have never had a better renting experience. Excellent communication, lightening fast response time to maintenance issues (ie. In one case, it was less than 30mins for a tradesman to appear!!!). Highly recommend them if you are looking to rent or have your property managed.

I would like to recommend Callagher Real Estate to anyone looking for real estate (Buy, Lease) as their customer service is second to none. I just had a light / fan fixture replaced in my unit and it went very smoothly. The assistance of Kim and Grace was immeasurable as always.

The people at Kellys (nee Callaghers) were very helpful, professional and patient from the get go.

Kellys helped me transition from property owner to now being both a tenant and landlord.

All my communications with Kellys have been first class, whether face to face, by phone or online.

I had 1 issue with the property and it was attended to promptly - you bewdy!

Since I've been registered with Kelly's ourProperty service online it's all been smooth sailing.

We rented through Callagher recently for a property in Annandale. I cannot express how highly I would recommend this agency. Eileen Carroll (Property Manager) is hands down the best property manager I have ever met and is such a lovely person. Any issue was immediately addressed, there was always an honest and transparent approach and our bond was returned in full (which few agencies these days will do).

On top of this when the property was put up for sale as we were relocating, we dealt with James Burke & Diana Vescio who incredibly polite, respectful, always checked in with us, they even brought us 3 bottles of wine + chocolates when we vacated.

Cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with this team and will definitely be using them again in the future!

So far Callaghers has been extremely helpful and understanding during my difficult move in the holiday period. The bond email was delayed but im sure they will be able to re-send it to me as they have been extremely helpful up to this point. I will edit and update as it happens. To summarise my review, they have been lovely to deal with so far and i hope to enjoy a long professional relationship with Callaghers and thier team.

Rebecca and Desiree were responsive, fair and helpful throughout my rental period. There can be some bad eggs in the industry but Callagher was a very positive experience.

I've been delighted with the service provided by Callaghers for my rental property in Annandale. I bought through them, rented it out through them and finally sold it through them.
At each step I couldn't fault them for the care and attention and friendly personal service. Their experience and good advice has made the whole 13 year experience a hassle-free pleasure.

Harrison was great with the house viewings, and recommended us other similar places when we showed up to one of his viewings - hugely helpful! The application with Callagher was smooth and easy, and once we got approved they made everything very clear and easy to follow. All round positive experience so far with Callagher :)
