I wanted to buy the SnoreMD product. I looked up the product on the Amcal website, then I selected the Potts Point store, and it said the price was $160. When I went to the store today, Hanna said that the price was $169.95. I told her that the Amcal website showed that the price for this particular store was $160, but she said that it must be for another store. She said she would check, and she did some tapping on a keyboard at her desk, but then insisted that the price was $169.95. Maybe she checked the store records, but I don't think she checked the Amcal website. It is easy to verify the price for this product at this store, and in such situations, the store should honour the price. Note that the website doesn't even let you see the price until you have selected the store.

Excellent service - very clean and helpful. But a script that costs under $90 at chemist warehouse cost me $159?! That’s almost double the price - not even worth the convenience of its location.

Disorganised. My script and repeat was lost twice. The pharmacist does not know how to project her voice making shopping there very difficult. More expensive than other local pharmacies.

I went in searching for antibiotics for my child. The pharmacist didn't have any in stock and didn't want to share numbers of partner pharmacies as she was about to go on her break so couldnt be bothered. Client deserve better than this

I came in with a fractured arm (wearing a cast) after surgery to fill in a prescription for painkillers. The staff looked me up and down, I was already feeling judged. She proceeds to say she’ll need to call my doctor and I say that’s fine because the prescription is legitimate.

She gets “on the phone” and it rings twice and she hangs up while proceeding then to tell me that they don’t stock this prescription. So which was it? You would know if you don’t stock it so why call the doctor - I was treated like I was dumb. I felt discriminated against. Treating people in pain like this? My arm was broken… Jesus.

I went to a pharmacy down the road and the experience was so different. Don’t bother coming here, disgraceful.
