The booking process is super quick & easy, phoned up & made an appointment within a matter of minutes. The range of appointment times I had to choose from was great & they had appointments available during the day, afternoon & late evening. Was impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment & the range of counsellors they could offer.

Associated Counsellors were very easy and quick to work with. I submitted an enquiry in the evening and received a call the next morning with an appointment for my requested day, just a few days later. It is so great that we are able to seek support and receive it quickly via this company as opposed to waiting weeks - months for an appointment, usually resulting in situations and mental health worsening due to lack of support in this time. Highly recommend going through this company.

The booking process was very easy, I submitted an online enquiry in the morning and received a phone call later that day. The lady on the phone was helpful, she found a psychologist that was within my area and was able to book me in within 2 weeks.

Intelligent, professional service. People taking the calls really listened and gave me a choice of therapists in the city. The psychologist I saw understood my issues, explained how the treatment works and set a plan in the first session. Grateful for this service.
