This is my third time dealing with the team here and it’s always a pleasure. The service is great, they’re very knowledgeable, their jewellery or repair work is excellent, and quick at what they do. This time they designed a wedding band to fit my engagement ring and its perfect!

Brought my grandmothers 80 year old engagement ring in to be resized. They were so helpful and upfront with the work to be done to unsure it lasts another 80 years. Very very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much!

I took in my sentimental 45-year-old silver ring with a garnet to get resized. The team were super transparent about any unexpected costs that might come up if the stone became dislodged due to worn down clamps, and let me know that it was getting fragile over time. Super stoked with how the ring came out and definitely will make them my regular jewellers.

I had the pleasure of meeting Vartan and Naz in my search for an honest small business who would help me design the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. From the moment I entered their shop, I was warmly welcomed and both Vartan and Naz took a great deal of time with me to discuss the ideas I had for my ring. Vartan is clearly a man who loves his craft, and his passion and excitement at taking to a new and unique project was clear - it was infectious. He took great care to ensure that we agreed on a design that was elegant but also rationally thought out in terms of durability and structural integrity, while leaving options open for future ring designs (e.g. the wedding band). He was also kind enough to share with me a prototype halfway through the process so that I could confirm that it was the design I wanted. The end product was more beautiful than I could have imagined, and I am incredibly grateful to Vartan and Naz for helping me create something so deeply personal and unique to my partner. I had a wonderful experience at BB Designer Jewellers, where I had my engagement ring redesigned and remade. Vartan has an amazing set up unique to BB where you can try on different ring bands with different diamonds and shapes to understand exactly what you like. Then Vartan designs the ring using 3D software with you. It really was the best experience to understand how it will look and see exactly what you are wanting whilst making subtle changes. The making of this ring was quick (one week) and the quality is superb. I would definitely return and recommend this service to anyone looking for a custom ring with a personable service. Time was taken to understand what I liked or disliked to make something I feel excited to wear and I know will last. Thank you to BB Designer Jeweller's for an easy and enjoyable experience unlike any other Jeweller has provided in the past.

Vartan was not only able to repair my three items in a very quick turn around time, but gave me extremely fair prices and took great care of each of these sentimental pieces. BB Designer Jewellers were recommended to me by a friend whose jewellery I have always admired. I wanted a diamond earring for my husband to celebrate two special occasions. On my first visit, they showed me the perfect stone. Vartan designed the piece just as I asked. Narenay was so lovely and excited for us, every time we spoke. My husband was finally able to put the earring into his newly pierced ear a week ago, and it looks beautiful. I thank BB and recommend them most highly.
