Urban Spa Rozelle

I recently visited Urban Spa and opted for their welcoming package, which offered an incredible deal for first-time clients. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. Lauren, my massage therapist, worked wonders on my tense muscles, while Rachel performed the heavenly facial that left my skin glowing. Both of them showed utmost professionalism and skill throughout the session. I entered feeling as stiff as a Lego and left the place feeling like play dough. Can’t recommend Urban Spa enough for anyone seeking top-notch treatments in a welcoming environment.

Great Salon and friendly staff. My beauty therapist Rachel was amazing. She was very thorough and explained the benefits of the facial treatment for me and recommended how often I needed to have it for better results. The head and shoulder massage Rachel gave me was so relaxing. I enjoyed my visit at Urban spa today and would definitely highly recommend. 5 ⭐ from me 👍

Enjoyed an anti-aging treatment with Simone at Urban Spa Rozelle and found her to be skilled, professional and friendly. Simone explained what she was doing, how it would feel and what I should expect from it. She also arranged a follow-up appointment, included in the initial fee, in which she did a couple of touch ups. Do I look younger? Not really. But I feel good and look fresh!

Such awesome people love rach she does the best eyebrows and Simone is a gem. If things go wrong they fix it immediately and always have the customer in mind. But saying that things rarely go wrong, 100% recommend

Had a signature facial with Rachel. Absolutely wonderful. This is a brilliant salon. Simone, the manager, really wants you to have a perfect experience and that’s exactly what I had- well, beyond perfect. Every time I go there it’s the same. Excellent .

Never disappointed at Rozelle. I did Needling to renew my beach holiday skin and it was the absolute best thing by Rachel. The hand and foot massage from Sienna just completed this heavenly experience - felt like I was in the clouds!

My first Urban Spa experience was amazing. Amelia is a bright and talented young lady with so many skills, I was very impressed! She knew what to do and explained what she was doing every step of the way. She calmly demonstrated every product she was using and explained how it benefited my skin. I wish I could have bought some products from her on the day, if not to benefit my skin but to give her a tip for her service! 10/10 salon spa experience. Thank you!
