West Pennant Hills Discount Drug Store

I have been going to this Chemist for many years and have never ever had a problem with anything, whatsoever. The owners and their amazing staff have always been extremely great in helping me with whatever I need. I am a disabled person with multiple health issues and they all go out of their way to make sure my every need is taken care of. I visit this store on a very regular basis and can honestly say that NEVER EVER have I had occasion to be disappointed by their excellent service. Nothing is ever a problem for any of them and if I need any sort of explanation, for anything, they are always willing to help with 'smiles on their faces' ... very, very pleasant people to deal with and I highly recommend this place, not just for medicines, but a variety of other miscellaneous items including a large range of Vitamins.
I would like to shout out A HUGE THANK YOU to one and all at this fantastic Chemist, where nothing is ever a problem and they have, and still go well 'beyond the call of duty' in helping me ... might I add, I might be disabled, but I am a very observant person, and not only do they help me, but are extremely gracious, pleasant and helpful to anyone that walks into their store.
Too many people revel in criticizing even a tiny mishap, but not a lot of people think of complimenting or thanking folk for their good deeds. As for myself, I have always believed in acknowledging good, rather than complaining.

I have been going to this chemist for many years. I have found them very helpful and compassionate at all times. The business changed hands a few years ago and the new owners are just just as good as the old. The stand-out however is Yogita, one of the chemists, she has looked after me for a lot of years. I would recommend this chemist to everyone!!!!!!

We have been using this pharmacy for a looong time. Service has always been amazing. Always willing to go the extra to help us with any unusual circumstances or requirements. There has been the occasional very minor hiccup. But life is never 100% perfect. We will settle for 99.9%. If they are ever out of stock they can usual have the product by the next day. Now we have moved house, 300km out of Sydney, and we still use WPH Day & Night.

Australia Post lost my first online order (which originated from the West Pennant Hills store) and as soon as I let them know, they promptly filled the order again and said they would work out the issue with Australia Post!

Since changing the hours of closing -early evenings, I've had to go elsewhere for a lot of things I usually buy here. Used to be a day/night chemist 9-9. They only open till 8pm now (7pm on Sar, Sun) even during daylight savings. Not as convenient to reach in time from where I am. Not sure if change of owner is the reason, I think it's changed owners in the last few years.

Said they could not read the date written the prescription by the doctor. Would not accept my word that it was written in Dec 2018. "was this the even the prescription you got when you saw the doctor in Dec?". I detest being treated like a doddering old fool when I am not even 60 years old. Went to the pharmacy in Beecroft Place and had it filled for 20% less.
