Accidentally ordered an incorrect size. Called the Mosman store and Alicia could not have been more helpful. Went out of her way to make sure she found the correct size for me. The return of the other dress was seamless and Alicia called today to make sure everything went smoothly. Outstanding customer service. Very rare to find. Thanks again Alicia

Gorgeous clothes and exceptional service!

Bought a skirt, and found it had stains. Returned skirt, promised a new replacement. When returned, offered same skirt, dry cleaned. Skirt was still stained. Promised a new skirt. When returned offered same skirt with stains removed, although told it was a new one. Skirt did not have sale tag. Skirt label instructions was “do not dry clean”. Declined to accept.
