Dr Fernando has been the best family doctor for our family over the last 20+ years that we have lived in the area - he has always been so thorough and knowledgeable and we have always trusted his advice and recommendations. We will be sorry to see him leave the Practice but wish him all the very best for his upcoming retirement.

I haven't had good experiences with physios in the past but Dolly is an exception! Where Dolly differs is results. She will target the pain, using needles if necessary which are very effective, and suggest exercises to maintain health. In fact, I felt immediately better on leaving after the first visit. She won't force you into follow ups either. She obviously knows her stuff. Highly recommended

Had to leave my family Dr of 3 decades because of booking queues 7, 8, 9 days away. This feels more like the family doctor of yesteryear; listens patiently, suggests solutions that work, or refers on to equality great specialists. Science with humanity, and it really works. Excellent queue control for such a small facility.

This is not a negative post for the practice, but for the ridiculous Medicare System & School Policy - because my son hadn't been at the practice for a year (saving $ on the public health system) he is not entitled to a telehealth visit, but because he tested positive to COVID, the practice wouldn't allow him for an appointment - and all he needed was a doctors certificate because his school has a policy that they require a doctors certificate if the student is sick one day before handing in an assessment or they fail. So, I hope he gets good marks, because it cost $85 as there is NO Medicare rebate on that tele-health appointment.

I'm a new patient and this was my first visit. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly and the doctor made me feel very at ease and really cared about my health. They were excellent in getting my health records from my previous doctor and everything was ready for my first visit. Extremely happy and glad I have made the move.

We love Doctor Belen and have been seeing him since my eldest was a baby. My three kids now see him for all of their medical needs and I see him on the odd occasion as well. He is professional, but also personable. He is great with kids and explains things with simplicity, but does not make you feel naive or stupid. The kids have also seen Karen (the nurse) a few times as well and she is fantastic. It's a great practice and I would highly recommend. Extra points for having pathology upstairs as well!

My go to Doctor, Shiran is like an old friend & has real concern for the individual & doesn't mind telling you what you need to hear "You need to try to lose some weight" :)

Great. Though I've been going to Dr Fernando for the past 27 years. He's such a great doctor!

We were new to this area and my husband required urgent attention. As we walked in, we were immediately welcomed and advised that we could be seen within 20 minutes. The doctor (Dr. Valecha) was very attentive and dealt with the issue at hand. The reception staff were exceptionally conscientious and processed our credentials very efficiently.
