Ordered my first pair of knee sleeves from here, didn’t fit and exchanged for a better fit. Customer service was fast and really helpful as it was my first time exchanging a product through post they helped me throughout the exchange. Overall really nice and helpful staff.

Ordered two pairs of lifting shoes, and received them two days after I placed the order, that was so quick! The shoes are comfy as well, very satisfied with my order

City Strength offers great products and has excellent customer service. They were very helpful and let me come in to exchange some weightlifting shoes even while being temporarily closed during their move to their store in Alexandria.

Brought the SBD lever powerlifting belt of these guys, and nothing but a great experience. The product first of all, is by the far the best belt I've ever used, so much abdominal pressure, can't see myself ever using another belt.

The customer service was flawless, instant order confirmation and receipt, with shipment tracking provided, was posted the same day and I received the belt 2 days later interstate, and that was with the free shipping option.

Would happily recommend these guys to anyone on the market for lifting supplies.

Excellent customer service. I have ordered from them a few times now, my most recent purchase I was sent the wrong product unfortunately. However upon notifying them I was promptly refunded with no issues or argument. Shipping is quick and reliable. Would do, and have done, business with again.

1000% had the shoes I wanted in the colour I wanted so I bought 2 pairs received them in 2 days!!! Nobody Australia wide has these shoes!!!!

Ordered an item online and realized that it was the wrong size after I had paid for it, called them up and they were happy to immediately change it over for me so that the correct size would be shipped out!
Can't recommend them highly enough for their great customer service!

Awesome facility! All the equipment is top spec, very friendly members and the owners are very welcoming. The place to be if you want to get strong and have a great community behind you.

A powerlifter's dream come true! The gym is well equipped, always clean and tidy. John and Greta are welcoming and supportive at all times - really knows their stuff. Cannot recommend this gym enough.

I've circulated around a few different gyms and have never come across a space so positive. Everyone encourages you to do better no matter your level of competitiveness or experience - im a beginner btw. 100% recommend.
