Frothy Coffee Boatshed

Excellent food, a beautiful view and welcoming staff....what more could you ask for ? Frothy coffee is the perfect spot to sit by the lake and enjoy the morning. We visited with our dog so ordered take away and sat out on the picnic area. The friendly staff were so welcoming and even bought our order out to us! The eggs benefict was amazing and the coffee was great. Will definitely be back

Even on a rainy day, the atmosphere was lovely today, sitting on the deck looking over the lake. As always, service was efficient and friendly, and meals were generous and beautifully cooked. Great chips and excellent coffee, and that view! What else could you want?

Great little place on Smith's Lake with an amazing view! Food was really good and the staff were extremely friendly. Definitely a place to visit if you are in the area.

We were visiting Blueys beach and a friend suggested this cafe for food. What a discovery. The cafe is literally on a boat-shed in a quiet serene place. We had burger and coffee on a table overlooking the bay. Service was good, food are freshly made and served. We were around 1 and it was not overly crowded, however most of the tables were full. The cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating and has a toilet.
Interested people can hire boat from here just behind the cafe to spend time on the bay.
There is a small kids park and toilet. And plenty of car parking space.
We will visit again if at that area.

Frothy coffee have their signature forthy coffee which exceeds expectations. Friendly customer service and lovely staff. Ordered a chicken snitzel Burger with sweet potato chips. Could not of asked for a better tasting Burger. Presentation of food and waiting time was perfect.

We loved this place for the food and the location on the lake.
Arrived for brunch and it was their changeover menu but the cook was happy to take our orders in.
The staff was very friendly and told us places we should visit.

What a beautiful location to enjoy a lunch with friends. The food was great, highly recommend the Haloumi Salad and the Grilled fish and chips. Although they were busy and short staffed (only 2 of them) the meal and service was a credit to them

Long-time institution in the Smiths Lake / Pacific Palms area - it’s been here for over 30 years. Perfectly situated right on the water’s edge it offers a range of meals and snacks in addition to the eponymous coffee. During holiday periods it provides boat rentals. Plenty of room on the adjoining reserve for kids to play.

Had the big breakfast, omg, had to take half of it home with me. One of the best meals I have eaten, with an old style choc milkshake, you know, the sort that's filled to the top. 5 star place

A wonderful cafe, right on the lake. So peaceful and calm. The staff there are so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had brekky there most days during our stay at Smiths Lake. Food is delicious, coffee is great and the best part is the amazing view you get to enjoy while you eat.

I’ve worked in hospitality for nearly 10 years now and it’s hard to find places with this good quality food and service!

Great place for a coffee overlooking Smiths Lake. Well worth a visit!

Nice meals, simple cafe menu, terrific views, young happy staff who are well trained and work well. Great holiday breakfast & lunch spot. Enjoyed lunching here.

Great little cafe. Excellent coffee and good food with large portions. The best thing about the cafe is the position right on the lake with a beautiful and peaceful view over the lake.

The staff work really hard at this busy cafe with seating on the balcony overlooking the water. Great food, great location and great staff.
