Great friendly service. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Good information given about the issue at hand, had a few products to assist and staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of the issue.

I love this pharmacy. Really friendly service and I sometimes get greeted by my first name which is lovely. I switched all my scripts over to here because they had the best prices for my expense ones. 👍🏻

Cockroaches. I’ve already killed 3 of them. When I mentioned it I was asked if I wanted to come back later to pickup my script. I will never come back to this particular chemist

Absolutely appalling customer service, Iv never encountered such rude, uninterested, lazy attendants in a pharmacy before, I spent two hundred dollars on fragrance, never again will I step foot in that chemist. The 3 ladies need to be replaced with happy, polite, helpful staff. On the way out a passer-by spoke of staff saying she was treated badly there also. If you require dignity and quality customer service walk past this chemist.

Called spearwood on accident instead of Kwinana and omg the customer service from spearwood was absolutely appalling! Lady (sounded in 50s) who answered the phone didn’t want to help with my sons E script at all and was very rude, put me on “hold” but had forgotten to mute me and said to the male pharmacist that I had refused to come in blah blah blah when that wasn’t the case at all and is the reason for this bad review. I’m very glad I don’t have to use this pharmacy as that was a very poor experience. Definitely don’t recommend.

Doesnt certufy documents however last time i got it certified there I had to pay you all need to do better

Caucasian lady(with a ponytail)probably in her 50’s was very rude. me and my husband went to this pharmacy separately on different occasion and we both got rude service from her. If you cant provide basic customer service then this job ain’t for you!

Poor community service;
whereby Mr. Lukasz is able to attend my inquiry and I was attended by him personally. And yet, he refused to certified my ID docs for government submission purpose.
What a joke by saying "we are busy" after seeing me as an Asian ! Racist!
That moment, there was no customer at all. He should be penalised for treating community this way!

2 weeks isolation after having covid19 AND the flu 🤧 I thought I had enough blood pressure medication while I was isolating but unexpectedly fell 3 days short, and I thought I had one repeat left on my escript. So straight out of isolation I went to Guardian Pharmacy at Phoenix Shopping centre to get my meds. I'll be the first to admit there are problems with e-scripts, they come up as "expired" despite having existing repeats. The last Pharmacy told me that if I take a screen shot of the e-script then any Pharmacy can bring up my medical script history and either issue the medication repeat or provide an emergency supply. Guardian Pharmacy at Phoenix Shopping Centre were not interested from the start. I was told my script had already been dispensed and I'd need to get a new script. I advised the Pharmacist that there is one repeat left and the link provided was from the GP, the Pharmacist stated I'd need to get a new link or script. I then asked if I could have an emergency supply provided... usually 6 tablets, I only had 1 tablet left, unfortunately travelling to see my family (haven't seen in 2 years) then having covid19 followed up by the flu has left me with a few options to get my necessary meds, I also don't have any family here or nearby friends who could help. I was promptly told that as I am not an existing customer they will not provide an emergency supply or any other assistance, the Pharmacist then walked off to serve someone else. Blood pressure medication is necessary, I wasn't asking for high risk medication, I was asking for something I need to take everyday and showed the Pharmacist evidence that it is my regular medication... Luckily for me, another local pharmacy was able to help with an emergency supply until I was able to see my GP. Shame on you old bald man pharmacist #guardianpharmacypheonix
