Great staff, always greeted and asked what I’m after, in a friendly manner, not pushy, not obliviously.
Great with recommendations of what they’ve tried or feedback on new items and for the most part really cruisey people in a retail setting, the two chicks in there are particularly cool, if they haven’t made me actually laugh I’ll at least leave smiling!!

Knowledgeable staff with an extensive range of wines, beers, spirits as well as premium champagnes.

If ever a reason were needed to avoid corporate chain grog barns, this place has to be it.
Unmotivated, complacent and lacking any concept of the customer. Instead of shopping here, support your local independent business not ghastly places like this.

Lost 40 mins of my life because the worker thought it appropriate to lock the doors at 6pm on a Thursday night (was locked when I got there) and go on a break. No problem with a break, even if they are short staffed, even at 6pm on a Thursday night. But to not leave a note of explanation was unacceptable. There were 20 people lined up (most left after a few minutes) waiting, calling the shop, complaining etc. Then this employee slinks back, no apology, opens the door. Disgraceful service.
