My recent treatment with Jackson was amazing. In regards to health Jackson is a well of knowledge and he was there to answer all my questions and made me feel really confortable.
He has so much expertise in a lot of different medicine approaches and he tailored a treatment according to my specific needs which provide me with instant relief and relaxation.

If you need a physiotherapist that understands athletes look no further, as a former dancer I’ve seen a lot of physios, and this team is second to none!
In addition, their new and super clean Pilates and exercise studio is great. They have four reformer carriages so instruction is personalised and the instructors are both excellent and super friendly.

Jackson has a way of finding sore muscles that I did not know were sore. Well mannered, and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend.

I have had a persistent shoulder injury (swimming-related) for almost 4 years and have not been able to make progress on rehab - until now! Tom took a very swimming-focused approach to the injury and to the necessary functionality. I was quickly back in the pool and am making huge progress towards full recovery - swimming 3k within 6 weeks of working with Tom. Given I thought that I would have to give up swimming, this feels nothing short of a physio miracle. Can't say how impressed I am by the team at this practice.
