Would give more than 5 star if I could, Lu and Hugo are the best agents I ever dealt with from a buyer's point of view. Very professional, friendly and responsible. Free coffee to welcome potential buyers, very attentive to our questions and needs during the house inspection, lots of follow-ups to make sure interested buyers are taken care of. Compare with many other multi-millions water front properties they sell, the one we visited was only a simple entry level home, but their professionalism and passion for the house was not compromised at all. Although I didn't 100% like the house itself, I was amazed by their unbeatable level of service. If I think about selling my house in the future, Etch will be the first agent to go.

My wife and I decided to visit in person some of the real estate offices in the area.
Etch looked really slick - a screen showing off various dwellings to passerby’s, a well lit interior and nicely furnished.
But the doors were locked. No receptionist.
A folding sign out front declaring ‘open’.
Weird.
I called the number on the doors looking for someone and got a voicemail.
I left a brief message explaining the scenario.
About 6:30pm the same day I get a call back. He avoided answering any of my queries regarding the (closed) open office.
At least that’s something... 2 stars.
